88 Jeep Wrangler. 8 Inch Full Size leaf springs, only ran once. Spring over and 1 inch body lift. 15 inches total lift. Will clear 44's. Brand new shocks. Chevy 350 4 bolt main, its a strong motor, little older so it smokes a little. Pretty typical for these older motors. Runs and drives everything works as it should. Sm 465 transmission with the granny low. Np 205 transfer case gear driven(the strong one). CV driveshafts front and rear built by a local machine shop, with only about 5 miles on them, so like new. Flat Knuckle Dana 44 front with disc brakes , went through it last fall new u joints, rebuilt lockouts. Dana 60 rear no brakes on rear axle, set up for disc brakes. Stops fine with front brakes, so I never hooked up rear. 39.5 TSL's with like new tread about 90% tread but have weather checking. All hold air. Custom professional built front and rear bumpers, SOLID, better than you can buy in any catalog with front and rear 2 inch receivers and clevis holders. Has a whip antenna for CB Top of the whip is at 9 foot 6 inches. Custom dash with new gauges, oil pressure, temp and volts. Newer aluminum fuel cell 18 gallon. New plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fresh rebuilt holley carb. Hooker headers 2years old, hooked up to 2 new thrush mufflers. Head lights and tail lights work. Brake lights work. No blinkers(not hooked up). Euro tail light gaurds. Some hinges are stainless. Custom snorkle brand new runs in cab.New Plexy glass windshield. Needs windshield wiper motor replaced($25 bucks at a junk yard). Steering box is off a full size chevy, moved to outside of frame, High steer over springs, with new hiem joints last summer(Heim Joints are expensive lol and solid as a rock).
The Frame on this jeep is SOLID, not like other crap frames. Was garage kept for years. I have seen tons of jeeps with crap frames, this one I guarentee is the most solid I have seen for the age. Body is ok. Drivers floor has been patched( typical jeep thing). 350 conversion done with only 70,000 miles on jeep. No rear window in hardtop. The windshield hings were broke trying to fold down the windshield but have been re-welded.
Good Jeep overall. Lots of fun. Low reserve. Im not asking an arm and a leg!
If anyone needs I will throw in my factory built car trailer with brakes for an additional $1200.00.

Supplier says Jeep Cherokee hack only affects FCA cars
Wed, Aug 5 2015Harman doesn't think that drivers need to worry about any further hacks of its products. The company supplies FCA's Uconnect infotainment system where a software vulnerability is responsible for a 1.4-million vehicle recall. "This experimental hack is unique to Chrysler," Harman CEO Dinesh Paliwal said to Automotive News. "This does not exist, to our assessment, in any other vehicle." The reason that the company wouldn't be involved is that automakers aren't simply plugging in the existing infotainment systems into new vehicles. According to Paliwal, Harman supplies the unit, but FCA and other automakers are able to make additional modifications for their vehicles. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has also recently taken up the question of broader software vulnerabilities in Harman's products. On July 29, the agency began investigating the company to check for similarities between Uconnect and the infotainment systems supplied to other automakers. The Jeep hack became national news when two researchers were remotely able to take control of a Cherokee. The vulnerability in the cellular connection even gave control over the brakes. "Once people get in the car and get into the CAN bus, then you can start to mimic and mess up many, many things in the car," Paliwal said to Automotive News. Politicians immediately responded with legislation to create federal standards in hopes of protecting drivers better. NHTSA also opened an investigation to make sure the automaker's software update actually solved the problem. Related Video:
Stellantis is official: FCA and PSA merger finally sealed
Sat, Jan 16 2021MILAN — Fiat Chrysler and PSA sealed their long-awaited merger on Saturday to create Stellantis, the world's fourth-largest auto group with deep enough pockets to fund the shift to electric driving and take on bigger rivals Toyota and Volkswagen. It took over a year for the Italian-American and French automakers to finalize the $52 billion deal, during which the global economy was upended by the COVID-19 pandemic. They first announced plans to merge in October 2019, to create a group with annual sales of around 8.1 million vehicles. "The merger between Peugeot S.A. and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. that will lead the path to the creation of Stellantis N.V. became effective today," the two automakers said in a statement. Shares in Stellantis, which will be headed by current PSA Chief Executive Carlos Tavares, will start trading in Milan and Paris on Monday, and in New York on Tuesday. Now analysts and investors are turning their focus to how Tavares plans to address the huge challenges facing the group – from excess production capacity to a woeful performance in China. Tavares will hold his first press conference as Stellantis CEO on Tuesday, after ringing NYSE's bell with Chairman John Elkann. FCA and PSA have said Stellantis can cut annual costs by over 5 billion euros ($6.1 billion) without plant closures, and investors will be keen for more details on how it will do this. Marco Santino, a partner at consultants Oliver Wyman, said he expected Tavares to disclose the outlines of his action plan soon, but without divulging too many details at first. "He has proven to be the kind of person who prefers action to words, so I don't think he will make loud statements or try to over-sell targets," he said. Like all global automakers, Stellantis needs to invest billions in the years ahead to transform its vehicle range for the electric era. But other pressing tasks loom, including reviving the group's lagging fortunes in China, rationalizing its huge global empire and addressing massive overcapacity. "It will be a step by step process, also to allow the market to better appreciate every single move. I don't think we will have all the details before one year," Santino said.
