I am selling a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport that has the 6 cylinder and 5 speed manual transmission. The Jeep has 116,000 miles on it. The engine was rebuilt last summer and only has 4000 miles on the rebuild, a new clutch was also installed at time of rebuild. Jeep is in great condition, paint has a great shine to it "does have some chips which is normal". After market Sony stereo with sound bar. A/C blows cold air and heat works well. Interior is in very good shape. Floor has been rhino lined with the same color as exterior. Wheels are Rubicon with BF Goodrich 32" tires. Suspension is stock although I do have a 2" body lift that will come included in the sell. There are no leaks and Jeep drives great. In full disclosure there is a chip in the windshield, brakes sometimes squeek when stopping and the passenger side door has about a 3" dent at the bottom of it where the door was dropped while being removed as you will see in the pictures. Originally there was a soft top but was replaced at some point with hard top so it does not have a rear wiper.
Engine has a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty from date engine was built.
I am sure I am leaving some information out so if you have any questions please send me an email and I will respond as soon as possible. I recommend and encourage anyone to come and test drive, email me and we can set up a time.

Retro Review covers that Jeep Wrangler TJ you wanted in high school
Fri, May 8 2015The Jeep Wrangler TJ holds a dear place in my heart. When they were introduced, the return to circular headlights helped pull my dad into the dealer, and he bought one. A few years later, I learned how to drive a stick in that Jeep. Now, MotorWeek has fired up the time machine for a look at the '97 Wrangler as part of the Retro Review series. One of the great things about these videos is that they offer a chance to see if nostalgia lives up to reality. In this situation, that seems to be the mostly case. Even when new, MotorWeek finds a lot to praise about the TJ, especially in terms of handling and style. It's not all perfect, though, with a major complaint about the braking. Watch the clip to see if the show's take on the Wrangler lives up to your memories of them, too.

Jeep Wrangler likely to get aluminum body, will stay in Toledo
Mon, 27 Oct 2014Perhaps more than any other vehicle currently for sale in the United States, the Jeep Wrangler is viewed by purist fans as a vehicle that simply must maintain the status quo. In this case, that means a body-on-frame design, solid axles, a relatively large engine sitting up front and a removable top. It's always been that way, and it always will be.
Maybe.
According to the most recent reports, the next-generation Jeep will continue to soldier forth with a full steel chassis underneath its stamped bodywork. The biggest change, reports Automotive News, will be that said panels will be hewn from aluminum instead of steel, a seismic shift of a transition not unlike what's happened with the new Ford F-150. Because it won't be a unibody, the SUV will likely continue to be assembled in Toledo, OH as it (almost) always has been - the latter has been a source of heartburn in recent weeks for the Northwestern city in the Buckeye State.
