This is a 1988 Jeep Wrangler YJ Sport in very good condition. To my knowledge there has been no body work done besides the owner before us had it painted Red instead of the factory blue. This Jeep has not been off-roaded. We are the first owners to take it off pavement because we live in a rural area and take family outings in it. The reason for selling it is because the family has outgrown it and we can no longer enjoy it together. I have noticed on spot of rust about 1/8" diam. on the passenger door. Previous owners were women and this Jeep has been pampered. There are a few rock chips and a few places where the red paint has chipped, all is very minor as you may see. There has been many upgrades to the Jeep and I will try to list all. If you have any questions please ask. There is seat covers on all the seats the rear seat cover has 2 small rips in it from car seats. The seat are in excellent condition. You can see 3 pcs of duct tape on the front near the top it was used to hold the gasket in place putting the hard top on it is not a defect with the paint. I did not take pictures with the hardtop off but tried to take good pictures of the interior roll-bar. I believe the valve cover gasket will need replaced in the future. I have just replaced the power steering pump and fuel pump. The carb. is also new. This YJ has factory AC and tilt wheel.

YouTube tallies votes for this year's top five Super Bowl spots [w/video]
Tue, 19 Feb 2013When we asked you to tell us which of this year's 16 car-themed Super Bowl commercials you liked best, you chose the Farmer commercial from Chrysler Group, advertising the Ram trucks, over Audi's Prom commercial in second place. Turns out the voters in YouTube's Ad Blitz poll agreed, voting the same commercial to the number one spot from among the field commercials in every category.
From there, however, they went in a totally different direction. Budweiser's The Clydesdales spot came second, Samsung's The Next Big Thing took third. The Jeep Whole Again ad scored fourth in the YouTube poll, fifth in our poll of auto commercials, and the Hyundai Team spot got fifth from the YouTubers, but ninth in our poll.
The voting results don't match up with the viewing numbers, though - while Farmer has more than 13 million views, The Next Big Thing is well beyond 21 million. You can read the press release below and see all five spots, lined up for you, one more time.
Blake Anderson drives an over-the-top patriotic Jeep
Thu, Jan 15 2015Comedian Blake Anderson is seeing growing success as one of the stars and co-creators of the Comedy Central show Workaholics. Not surprisingly, when you get your own TV show, there's a deep desire to celebrate with a big purchase, a car perhaps. Anderson did just that, but as opposed to plunking his money down on a Porsche or Mercedes-Benz, he took a much more patriotic route. Anderson described his ride as "an American Jeep" in an interview with Conan O'Brien, and he didn't mean that it was from the AMC years of the off-road brand's ownership. Instead, this one is as patriotic as they come thanks to a beautifully regal bald eagle covering the hood with the nation's flag as the background running up at least to the windshield. Hear Anderson's entire story of buying this red, white and blue off-roader in the video above.
