Located in Denton, Texas 1984 Jeep Wagoneer Limited, 4 Wheel drive, 4 door automatic, perfect for the off road enthusiast as well as for someone looking for a restoration project. It's not as pretty as it once was, and although the battery is dead and needs to be either charged or replaced, it does run when the battery is working. It also needs one of the tire replaced as currently it has the spare donut wheel on it. The other three tires have all been replaced in the last year and half and spark plugs were replaced in December. Switches back and forth from 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel drive with no problems. I have clear title on the car. A/C does not work, but heater does. It comes with the Chilton's manual, jumper cables, tire jack, battery charger, several containers of varying car fluids. $2200 to start. The axles and differentials alone are worth that much. Jeep launches new ad with unreleased Michael Jackson track
Fri, 09 May 2014We've recently heard much about how Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne plans to pump up the volume on Jeep sales, inaugurating new models and global dealerships. But that's the stuff outlined in five-year plans; right now, advertising and special editions are at the fore, and the late Michael Jackson, too. Jeep has begun airing two commercials to push its Altitude Editions, Call of Summer and Lovers of the Game, that feature the song "Love Never Felt So Good" from Jackson's upcoming album of new music.
A little more star power - and timely, too - comes from Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving. While Call of Summer features a few short shots of the former Rookie of the Year and two-time NBA All-Star, Lovers of the Game is all about his white Wrangler Altitude Edition and wrangling shots. Chrysler to accelerate production of 2013 Ram and V6 engines
Fri, 16 Nov 2012Chrysler is adding a third shift at its Warren Truck plant to meet demand for the new 2013 Ram pickup. And with tight supplies of its Pentastar V6, the company is also boosting output at its Mack Engine plant.
The expansions will add 1,250 jobs and are part of a $238 million investment by Chrysler in the Detroit area. Warren's third shift will begin work sometime in the spring, a Chrysler rep told Automotive News. Mack's increased Pentastar production a could include both 3.6 and 3.2-liter engines.
The company says it also plans to invest $40 million in its Trenton Engine plant to allow for production of a 3.2-liter V6 as well as the Tigershark inline-four for the upcoming Jeep Liberty replacement.
