1991 Jeep Grand Wagoneer
New Silver Star Metallic Paint
New paneling with original wood trim
Original seats and Interior
Rust Free Wyoming Waggy
Multi point inspection done by Jeep Dealership prior to listing

I picked up this pretty lady about 8 months ago.  She didn't need much, but she did need a little clear coat rehab.  If you know Waggys, you know that they all had their fair share of clear coat peeling issues.  So she was stripped of everything and repainted to her original Silver Star Metallic color.  She then got the closest to original wood paneling out there, and the original wood trim was installed.  She also got a brand new set of white walls to finish her off.

She is mechanically sound and runs and drives good.  The rear window quit going up and down a couple weeks ago and I haven't had that fixed.  The gas gauge is also a bit funky... it is empty at a 1/4 tank.  And the windshield has a small crack that is barely noticeable.  It has an earlier wagoneer grill on it right now but I do have the correct grill if someone wants it changed out.  It also just got a new muffler and exhaust.

This a born and raised dry Wyoming Waggy, so there is no need to worry of hidden rust treasures like some you will come across.  Please feel free to give me a call and ask any and all questions prior to bidding.
As far as payment and shipping goes:  Please be prepared to wire funds or bring cash or certified check in person within 3 days of auction end.  I require a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of auction ending via paypal, dwolla or wire transfer.  I can deliver within a reasonable distance for a fee or can assist with delivery but is buyers financial responsibility.

I have set the reserve low along with a low buy it now only for the reason of a family vacation next week in mexico, so a little extra cash would be nice!!!

Please feel free to call with any questions or to request more pics.  I may be interested in a trade if its classic or unique!  I would really enjoy a first gen camaro, pre 1973 porsche 911 or 356, Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 or maybe a pre 1972 chevy short box truck.

Please do not bid if you don't have the funds! I may be reached at: (307) 752-6033

HAPPY BIDDING!!!

NOTICE*****  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FUNDS IN PLACE BEFORE MAKING ANY BIDS!!!

On Aug-01-13 at 20:33:05 PDT, seller added the following information:

-I've had a few questions about the aftermarket grille.  I do have an original steel grill for a '91 that is in very good condition if the buyer would prefer.

-Also, in the pics the right rear bumper moulding is missing.  It was MIA after paint but has been located and is now on the rig.
-The rear interior door arm rests are also installed now after waiting several weeks for the clips.

Stellantis will enter joint venture with Samsung SDI for EV batteries

Tue, Oct 19 2021

SEOUL — South Korean battery maker Samsung SDI Co Ltd and global automaker Stellantis NV have agreed to jointly produce electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the North American market, a person familiar with the matter said on Tuesday. Samsung SDI, an affiliate of South Korean tech giant Samsung Electronics, already has EV battery plants in South Korea, China and Hungary, which supply customers such as BMW and Ford. "The two companies (Samsung SDI and Stellantis) have struck a MOU (memorandum of understanding) to produce EV batteries for North America," the person with knowledge of the matter told Reuters. The source spoke of condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. The person said the location of the battery joint venture is under review and will be announced later. In July, Reuters reported that Samsung SDI may build a battery plant in the United States, citing a company source. South Korea's Yonhap news agency earlier reported the two companies plan to build a factory in the United States, citing industry sources. Samsung SDI and Stellantis did not have immediate comment when reached by Reuters. Stellantis on Monday struck a preliminary deal with battery maker South Korea's LG Energy Solution (LGES) to produce battery cells and modules for North America. Shares of Samsung SDI were up 2.6% as of 0300 GMT, versus a 0.6% rise in the KOSPI benchmark index. 2014 Jeep Cherokee: Fall colors tour [w/video]

The Trailhawk's rugged good looks were right at home against the backdrop of changing seasons. Regardless of where you choose to call home, you've probably seen, or at least heard, about the Pure Michigan ads, showing off all the splendor that the Mitten State has to offer. You can make fun of them all you want (several spoofs already exist), but as a native, I fully stand behind the idea that Michigan is a truly gorgeous place. The western coast along Lake Michigan and the northern half of the Lower Peninsula are seriously pretty, and vastly different from the southeastern area that houses big cities like Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint, and so on. Beyond that, the Upper Peninsula is the closest you'll get to seeing vast spoils of untouched wilderness, and trust me – it's truly pretty. I've seen the world, but I still feel all warm and fuzzy every time I venture north to experience all the vistas that my own state has to offer. In the autumn months, the changing leaves in Michigan put on quite a display. Sure, this happens all over the world, but we truly embrace autumn in the Wolverine State, and practically every Detroit-based Autoblog staffer has gone on at least one fall colors tour to the northern Lower Peninsula to take it all in. That's exactly what associate multimedia producer Chris McGraw and I did just over a month ago, behind the wheel of our long-term 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The Trailhawk's rugged good looks were right at home against the backdrop of changing seasons, and we opted to capture the whole experience on video for this latest long-term update. The Tunnel of Trees is a picturesque stretch of Michigan's M-119 highway that starts just northeast of Petoskey. As you can see in the video above, the Tunnel of Trees is a picturesque stretch of Michigan's M-119 highway that starts just northeast of Petoskey and follows Lake Michigan's Little Traverse Bay. This winding road through the woods goes on for nearly 30 miles, largely unobstructed by neighborhoods, fueling stations, shops, or roadside fodder, and spits you out at the famous Legs Inn in Harbor Springs. (Top-notch Polish food, if you're hungry.) From there, you can either continue north toward Mackinac City and the Mackinac Bridge that connects Michigan's lower and upper peninsulas, or you can turn around and take in all the goodness again.

Jeep Wrangler's shift to aluminum could see production leave Toledo

Mon, 06 Oct 2014

The Jeep Wrangler may be a timeless design, but sooner or later, time will run out and Chrysler will have to replace it with a newer model more friendly towards the earth it's designed to traverse. That will, it seems, mean a shift to aluminum construction (whether just for the body or for the entire structure) - but what will that mean for the Wrangler's long-time home of Toledo, OH?
According to the latest pronouncements from Fiat Chrysler chief Sergio Marchionne, the shift to an aluminum Wrangler would likely mean moving production out of Toledo. "If the solution is aluminum," Marchionne told Automotive News, "then I think unfortunately Toledo is the wrong place, the wrong setup to try and build a Wrangler, because it requires a complete reconfiguring of the assets that would be cost-prohibitive."
Marchionne also indicated that, were Wrangler production to move elsewhere, it would find another line to take its place in Ohio. "One of the thing that we are dealing with now is what else we do with Toledo that fulfills our commitment to the city and to Ohio. I don't have a doubt that there will be zero impact on head count and employment levels and anything else." Jeep has built the Wrangler in Toledo since World War II, with the exception of six years starting in 1986 when it was built in Brampton, Ontario. The complex dates back to 1910 and currently produces the Wrangler and Cherokee. Past products have included the Wagoneer and Commanche as well as the Dodge Dakota and Nitro.
