1977 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Survivor Restore Or Drive As Is on 2040-cars
Rancho Cordova, California, United States
Up for auction is a very nice for an 1987 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The paint is faded and it has the typical dings and a dent including the drivers door, please see pictures. Most of them can be taken out by a dent guy. The unit runs and drives great. Only the right front window regulator and the tailgate window regulator work. Not sure what the problem is with the other window regulators or why they don't work. We did notice some modifications to the left rear door harness in the jamb. Some the door panels are loose and need the plastic clips that hold them to the door. But the interior is in nice condition for the mileage. This would be great to keep at a cabin for runs to the general store for beer and ice or a trip down memory lane. Make sure you scroll over the video frame, there are also pictures included in it. Title: We did find paper work in the vehicle showing that the vehicle is a California Gross Polluter (this car is no hybrid) and it has back fees with California DMV. If the unit is sold in California it will be sold as salvage (bill of sale, with acquisition number). The reason we would junk or salvage it is to avoid the back fees and gross polluter status. The buyer would still need to make the unit pass a smog inspection. There is also a brake and lamp inspection that would be necessary to complete the registration process. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Sales tax will need to be paid at the time of payment also. If the unit is sold outside of California or exported then the customer would receive the California Title with a bill of sale. The vehicle would need to be transported by a vehicle transport company and provide us with a bill of lading to avoid paying California sales tax. You can not fly in to California and drive this vehicle home, it would make it, but you would have to pay California sales tax at the time of sale. Again, please contact us if you have any questions before bidding. |

Sunday Drive: Trucks and SUVs of all shapes and sizes
Sun, Nov 5 2017The American automotive marketplace is dominated by trucks and SUVs, and so was the last week of coverage on Autoblog. By far, the most popular story of the week was our First Drive of the 2018 Lincoln Navigator. It may look like an old-school lumberer, but in reality Lincoln's flagship is a thoroughly modern, turbocharged-V6-powered, three-row, luxury people mover. The Jeep Wrangler is the world's most recognizable vehicle. So it's no surprise that the next version looks a whole heck of a lot like the last one, and the one before. It's all in the details, which is why we were so excited when Jeep decided to unleash a trio of images showing both two- and four-door Wranglers for us to dissect ahead of the SUV's official debut at the L.A. Auto Show later this year. Past that, spy photos of the next Chevy Silverado and Ram 1500 were predictably popular. See both of those below, and the cap it all off, check out the entire week's worth of SEMA coverage – including the bonkers Hennessey VelociRaptor 6x6 – in our mega image gallery at the bottom of this post. Enjoy! As always, tune in to Autoblog next week for a front-row seat to all the happenings worth following in the automotive industry. 2018 Lincoln Navigator First Drive | From black sheep to flagship 2018 Jeep Wrangler revealed: First photos released before L.A.
