Here I have a very clean 1-Owner 2006 Liberty CRD diesel with 144k that's in great shape.

Mechanically this Jeep runs strong. Motor fires right up with no smoke or blow by. Sounds healthy through all the RPM's. Transmission shifts beautifully through all the gears. Drives well down the road with no shimmies or wandering. Brakes feel good with no pulsing. A/C is ice cold. Seems to have been well cared for mechanically.

Cosmetically it's in great shape for the year and miles. Paint shines beautifully in the sun. Body is nice and straight with maybe a door ding or two. Has your typical stone chip here and there but overall very nice and straight. Interior is nice and clean but shows your typical wear for 144k. Smells good inside and hasn't been smoked in.

Overall this is a nice Liberty that would make anyone happy to own. Keep in mind this is a 2006 with 144k for $6995. If you are looking for flawless you need to go by a 2015 for $42,000. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles recalls nearly 750k vehicles in two campaigns

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is recalling a total of 747,817 vehicles in the US in two separate campaigns recently added to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration database.
The first one covers about 434,581 units of the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, Challenger, Durango, and Jeep Grand Cherokee from the 2011-2014 model years with electric hydraulic power steering, the 3.6-liter V6 engine and a 160 amp alternator, according to FCA. In the affected vehicles, it's possible for the alternator to fail without warning and possibly cause the car to stall. According to the documentation submitted to NHTSA, the automaker began investigating the problem in August 2014 and has found possible evidence of one crash caused by the failures but no known injuries.
Customers will begin receiving notification about the recall next month, and obviously the repairs will be done at no cost to them.
