2005 Jeep Liberty diesel TDI limited edition sport utility 4d 4x4 trail rated, It's a rare Italian diesel and a fuel saver with lots of power. It has every option heated leather seats. tire pressure sensors, sun roof, towing package, Ice cold AC. bug guards and window guards and rubber floor mats. The tires are in very good shape with a good spare. Thousands was just invested in new parts and maintenance. New parts done at around 134,000 miles including New timing belt, new radiator, rocker arms, thermostat, brakes, belts, air filter, and turbo hoses have receipts from a certified dealer. 147,700 miles. Runs and drives perfect. A few wheels has a small corrosion spot and paint has a few dings near the tires from rocks. overall good condition and excellent mechanical condition service records up to date. The right mirror has duct tape in the pictures but it just needed tightening its not broke. Posting for my sister she recently purchased a new car and doesn't need it but its still driven daily. Freak accident during Jeep demonstration turns fatal
Mon, 20 May 2013A 20-year-old woman was killed in Edmonton, Canada on Satuday, reports CTV News, in a freak accident resulting from a rollover during a Jeep demonstration. As part of a fundraising enthusiast event called "Jeeps Go Topless," the driver of one Jeep Wrangler drove up and onto the top of the tire of another.
CTV reports that the owner of the topmost Jeep then switched the vehicle off, posed for pictures and then dismounted from his vehicle. His movement off of the Jeep apparently caused it to tip over, crushing a woman who was on top of an adjacent vehicle. Edmonton police are currently investigating more fully what caused the parking lot accident to occur. Scroll below to watch the CTV News video report about this tragic incident.
Marchionne uses racial epithet to describe what must power future Alfa Romeo models
Wed, 16 Jan 2013Sergio Marchionne and his Fiat empire have a lot riding on the US return of the Alfa Romeo brand. The endeavor has been in progress for what feels like a lifetime - certainly for as long as Fiat has had the Chrysler brand under its Italian wing.
It's not surprising that Fiat CEO Marchionne needs a perfect first Alfa to mark a return to America. And here's where things get dicey. Nobody would argue with Marchionne's insistence that Alfa Romeo's be powered by Italian engines - as Marchionne himself is quoted to have said at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, "There are some things that are well done in Italy."
If not what he said, then, it's how he said it that has eyebrows raised. "I cannot come up with a schlock product, I just won't. I won't put an American engine into that car. With all due respect to my American friends, it needs to be a wop engine." Wait, what's that?
GMC boss wants a Jeep Wrangler rival
Wed, 12 Nov 2014Challengers come and challengers go, but the Jeep Wrangler continues to push forward even after vehicles like the Toyota FJ Cruiser and the entire Hummer brand have been shut down. Now GMC reportedly wants to take a stab at the quintessential Jeep, as well.
The news comes directly from Buick-GMC vice president Duncan Aldred, speaking with our compatriots over at Edmunds. Although Aldred said there are no plans currently on the table to expand GMC's lineup beyond the current range, "there is plenty of room everywhere in the hierarchy."
That could include a rival to the Wrangler, as well as a flagship luxury SUV positioned above the current Yukon Denali (pictured above). Just when (or for that matter, if) such models might come into fruition remains a big question mark, but it's certainly interesting to see what GM's dedicated truck brand has on the drawing board.
