You are bidding on a very clean SUV. I am a mechanic and have done all the work on this truck myself since I purchased it. All systems and accesories work 100%. The interior is in great shape. The seats are beautiful tan leather and both front buckets are power adjustable with adjustable lumbar support. The engine is in excellent shape, this truck only has 97081 miles and was never used for towing. I have changed to pure synthetic oil in the engine as can be seen in the pictures. I did a complete tune up before PA inspection in september 2012. It is Inspected in Pennsylvania until September 2013. The oil was changed less than 100 miles ago with Vavoline 5W30 Synthetic and a new Fram oil filter. With this Synthetic oil the change interval can be up to 7500 miles but I change it every 5000. The Selectrac transmission is 100% and can be run in 2wd, 4wd High or 4wd Low. There was a leaking seal in the front differential which I changed in September along with new Valvoline Differential Gear Oil. At 105000 miles it is recommended service to change the Transmission, Transaxle, and Front and Back Diff. fluid. In September I put 4 new Cooper AT3 All Terrain tires on and they have less than 5000 miles on them. It has a full size unused spare tire. Also the Truck received an alignment after the tires were mounted. I replaced the original muffler and tailpipe with a new OEM Walker unit in September. I then installed 4 new Gabriel Gas charged premium Heavy Duty shock absorbers. This Vehicle is tight and drives straight and true. The paint has normal scratches the worst can be seen in the pictures on the right rear corner. The bumpers were faded from the sun and so I resprayed them with the original Driftwood grey vinyl paint. This truck has a foglight option and they as well as all other lights on the vehicle work properly. A/C and Heating work 100% . Also it has a 6 speaker INFINITY GOLD Sound system with Alpine Speakers mounted in the front doors. It is a pleasure to drive this SUV. It is very comfortable. It is also equiped with the overhead console which has vehicle info. It gets very good gas mileage for a 4wd SUV. It averages 17 - 18mpg local driving but on the highway gets over 21mpg. On a recent 200+ mile trip It got 21.5 mpg. Please feel free to email me at djindr@yahoo.com for any additional info, photos or details. Please only bid if you are serious otherwise don't waste my time nor yours. This is a very good reliable vehicle and needs nothing, it is good for at least another 100,000 miles without any problems. Buyer is responsible for Pickup and/or shipping the vehicle. Deposit of $500 thru Paypal required within 48 hours of winning auction. Full payment of balance in cash, cashier's check on US bank or verified paypal deposit are needed before you will receive the vehicle. Do Not ask for me to make any other arrangement. Bid with confidence. You will not be disappointed purchasing this vehicle.

Daily Driver: Long-Term 2014 Jeep Cherokee
Tue, Mar 10 2015As a fan of the boxy Jeep styling of old, I was disappointed when photos first leaked of Jeep's revived Cherokee in early 2013. Then the midsize crossover arrived in Autoblog's longterm garage in May of 2014 and my opinion did a 180. I was prompted to rethink the exterior design of the vehicle after reading our reviewer's interview with head Jeep designer Mark Allen. "The previous, blocky Cherokee was so aerodynamically inefficient, it would be wrong to do it," Allen told Autoblog's Jonathon Ramsey. That made sense. After all, Jeep is a brand associated with the outdoors, so its only natural that they seek to produce efficient, yet capable vehicles. It was then I began reconsidering the sleek lines of the new Cherokee. What once seemed bland and rounded now appeared streamlined and purpose-built. I also give Jeep credit for the slim headlamp silhouette, which look like no other SUV on the market – a far cry from the distinct circular lamps on Wranglers or squared headlights of past XJs. As I drove our long-term Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk on a few road trips, my affinity for the vehicle's comfortable interior grew as well. The seats held up to a nine-hour trek to Montreal, and the Chrysler Uconnect system made navigating the roads and the radio a breeze. Above you'll hear my early impressions of the Cherokee, and below you'll find a previous long-term update featuring Autoblog's Steven Ewing and Chris McGraw. UPDATE: The video mistakingly indicates that the Jeep Cherokee features LED headlights. The Jeep Cherokee, in fact, has daytime running lamps with LED accent lighting. Related Video:
2015 Jeep Renegade to start at $17,995, Trailhawk rings up at $25,995
Thu, Jan 22 2015Prices for the 2015 Jeep Renegade have leaked onto a enthusiast forum ahead of the official embargo on pricing and driving impressions, which breaks at 12:01 AM Friday. They come from a video interview with Jeep CEO Mike Manley, that was allegedly set live accidentally. It's since been pulled down. At this point, it's unclear if the listed prices include any destination charges, so they could climb slightly higher or lower. In its most basic form, the two-wheel-drive Renegade Sport will go on sale for just $17,995. For that price, you get, um, not a lot. Really. The entry level Renegade doesn't even offer standard air conditioning – it's part of a package that includes heated power mirrors and cruise control. The $21,295 Latitude adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, standard 16-inch wheels, air conditioning, five-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, a six-speaker stereo and USB connectivity. The top-end Renegade Limited, meanwhile, starts at $24,795 and makes standard items of the heated, powered leather seats, dual-zone climate control, seven-inch TFT display in the instrument cluster, auto-dimming mirror and 18-inch wheels. The Limited also adds a number of aesthetic tweaks that spruce up the Renegade's exterior, including brightwork around the grille, mirror caps, taillights and roof rails. The above prices, of course, are only for the front-drive Renegade. Add $2,000 to the above prices for all-wheel drive. You won't need to add that to the all-wheel-drive-only Trailhawk, which starts at $25,995 and comes with a slew of off-road features, including a bespoke front and rear fascia, with the former sporting the world's most adorable pair of red tow hooks. Mechanically, there's an exclusive version of the brand's Active Drive all-wheel-drive system that includes a 20-to-one crawl ratio and a dedicated Rock mode for the Selec-Terrain system and 17-inch wheels. The cabin, meanwhile, is home to Ruby Red accents. While we have basic trim prices, we're still without more specific details, including the cost of marquee options like the My Sky roof, as well as the plethora of options packages that will be available when the CUV arrives in dealers. We'll have our full review of the all-new Renegade available when the embargo on driving impressions breaks Friday. In the meantime, let us know what you think of these prices. Are they where you expected them to be? Higher? Lower? Have your say in Comments. Related Video:
