Jeep runs and drives well! Just upgraded to a newer vehicle so here you go...

Features: ***Remote Start***, Strict maintenance schedule, New fuel injectors and good tires!

Regularly maintained including: Synthetic Oil & Filter, K&N air filter, Transmission fluid, Radiator Flushes, Transfer case, Rear Differential. All fluids (except engine oil) are due at 300,000 miles.

Recent repairs: Starter, Water pump, Alternator, Battery, Fuel Injectors, Cap & Rotor, Spark Plugs & Wires, Tires, Driver's side door lock, Idle/air Control, All 4 disc brakes. (Brakes and rotors are due at 300,000 miles).

Everything works EXCEPT: ABS light is "ON" so I assume it doesn't work.
Interior lights work, but there is a battery drain on that circuit so I have pulled the fuse out.
Passenger side automatic, door lock sounds like it will go out relatively soon (makes a "humming" noise 10% of the time).
When engine is COLD, the transmission oil pan rattles when shifting into reverse. This has been going on for a long time and does not seem to be worsening.
Check engine light sometimes comes on due to occasional misfire.

Overall cosmetic condition is fair to good for age!

Major Cosmetic Problems: Hood is sun damaged.
Driver's side seat and door panel torn (pictured).
Dents in back door hatch (pictured).
 Headliner is falling down.

Carfax: (included in pictures) Clean vehicle and title. One "very minor" accident reported: Jeep vs. BMW sedan. Minor incident in parking lot 6 years ago. 0% damage to Jeep.
This vehicle has just been serviced. Oil & Filter, Air Filter cleaning, and Tire balance & Rotation. Ready for YOU to take off and drive!

Jeep will build old Wranglers next to new ones in Toledo

Mon, Mar 21 2016

Jeep made a lot of people happy when it confirmed that the next-generation Wrangler would continue to be built in Toledo, OH. Now, news is breaking about the lengths the automaker will go to in updating its northern Ohio factory. There's good news for Jeep dealers (more Wranglers to sell!), Jeep fans (more JKs to buy!), and Jeep itself (more money to be made!). According to a report from Automotive News, capacity at the factory will be increased to 350,000 units per year. That's around a 50 percent increase over what the Toledo complex can currently manage and is, according to Jeep boss Mike Manley, part of a move to keep production "at the right place" so "supply [stays] just behind demand." The other big news revealed by the AN report focuses on the future of the current Wrangler. Yes, the current JK has a future. It'll continue to be built at the Toledo factory up to six months after it successor arrives in showrooms, a move that's partially down to the way Jeep is shuffling production about. Toledo currently builds the Cherokee on a unibody production line – it'll continue to do so until March of 2017, when production will move to Belvidere, IL. The unibody line in Toledo will then be converted for body-on-frame production, which should take about six months. But during that time, the current JK (likely rebadged as a "Wrangler Classic") will continue to be built alongside another line of next-generation Wranglers, keeping dealers supplied with the today's Wrangler through March of 2018. The two Wranglers will overlap for about six months. This is all very good news if you've been waiting to pull the trigger on today's Wrangler. But move quickly – the clock is officially ticking. Chrysler Recalls 350K Vehicles To Fix Ignition Switches

Thu, Sep 25 2014

Chrysler is recalling nearly 350,000 cars and SUVs to fix ignition switches that could unexpectedly shut off the engines. The recall covers 2008 Jeep Commander and Grand Cherokee SUVs, Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger sedans, and Dodge Magnum wagons. All were built before May 12, 2008. Chrysler says the ignitions may not fully return to the "on" position after being started. The switches could move to "accessory" or "off." That could shut off the engine and knock out power-assisted steering and other features. Chrysler knows of one crash and no injuries from the problem. It's telling people to use the key alone in the ignition and confirm that switches have returned to "on" after starting their cars. Chrysler is investigating the cause. Customers will be notified when repairs are ready. Related Gallery The Trucks And SUVs Consumers Are Liking Most View 11 Photos

Chrysler recalling nearly 141k vehicles over electrical woes

Wed, 02 Oct 2013

Software glitches that randomly illuminate warning lights and cause instrument cluster blackouts are forcing Chrysler to recall 140,800 vehicles, The Detroit News reports. The automaker is recalling 132,000 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees, 91,559 of which are in the US. In addition to the Jeep recalls, Chrysler is adding 10,800 2014 Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 trucks to the list for similar problems.
Chrysler reportedly says, "Both events occurred infrequently and appeared to resolve themselves by tuning the vehicle's ignition off and then on."
Engineers discovered a problem with the anti-lock-braking system software that causes the instrument cluster display of the Grand Cherokee to illuminate warning lights and black out - even its ABS and electronic stability control systems are affected. To fix the Jeeps, Chrysler will update the vehicle's software.
