For sale Is my 2007 Jeep SRT8 Grand Cherokee… Basically a Legend in itself you won’t find another one like this... One of the world’s fastest, Formally owned and created by Keoni Aka 1bamfr Srt8. The guy couldn’t have done a better job and trusted the right people building this. Nothing but the best is what it got. I never thought I would want to sell it, and don’t need to by any means.  However, I’m in the process of Turboing my 2014 . This jeep was one of the first in high performance modifications, a true entrepreneur, and I would like to do a similar thing with a 2014.

A little Background on the car, I am the second owner no accidents, clean Colorado title. Keoni bought the jeep new off the lot and sold it to me this past year. This jeep has been meticulously maintained its entire life. Seen rain a handful of times, never driven in salt or snow and professionally detailed more than twice yearly.

The truck was built by Stage 6 motorsports in Florida with a fully built motor and a 88mm turbo kit with all the supporting mods. The Truck Dyno’d at 1147whp @ 22psi and fastest pass was 9.43@145mph. A true turnkey beast! Wither it’s a daily driver, weekend warrior, or race truck, it sure can do it all.

The jeep basically has 2 modes, a street mode and a race mode. Drive to the track in the street mode, add race gas(c16), change the tune, run 9s, and Drive Home. It doesn’t get much better than that….

I have a ton more pictures and are taking more this weekend of how it sits now... obviously the black wheels was before. The weather has been terrible here and I haven't wanted to bring it out!

Included in the sale is spare fluids, and a brand new Stage 2VB from Paramount. I bought this just in case I wanted to street drive the jeep more and not have the truck feel so balls out ! The trans setup in this truck is meant to hold the power and abuse, therefore the shift (up & down) are very aggressive. This stage 2 would tone that down.

Feel free to text or call me two two 4 361 6 three three three

The Truck is loud, fast, obnoxious, awesome… whatever you wanna call it. If you’re looking for a BMW or Mercedes style driven car this is not for you…

I will assist in shipping the vehicle anywhere you would like it to go,I can even hand deliver it for an extra cost.

With the proper drag setup like Demon Performance offers this truck will go very bottom 9s, if someone is interested in these wheels I can have them included in the sale for a small price. I also have plans in the works for a Standalone Management System. If that is something someone would be interested in having we can talk about that as well.

The for sale Add will stay up the full 7 days, I know what its worth and I know what I want out of it! Make me a reasonable offer and it can be yours. If the jeep sells I get to move on to another awesome project and if it doesn't I get to make it better and faster then it already is !

2020 Land Rover Defender vs. 2020 Jeep Wrangler: How they compare on paper

Tue, Sep 10 2019

For ages, the Jeep Wrangler has had the serious off-road SUV market in America all to itself, especially when it comes to two-door variants. But competition is coming, and the first on its way is the 2020 Land Rover Defender, which was just revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Each packages retro looks and impressive off-road capability, but does one have an advantage? We decided to take a look into each SUV's specifications and compare them on their engines, drivetrains, interior space and towing among other things, to see how they stack up. Since both SUVs are offered in two-door and four-door versions, we've made sure to feature both versions. You can find all the vital stats in the chart below, followed by more in-depth analysis. Engines and drivetrains The Land Rover is the clear high-performance option of these two SUVs. Its base turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, offered only in the four-door Defender 110, is more powerful than either of the gas engines offered on the Jeep Wrangler. The Wrangler's four-cylinder matches it on torque, at least. The optional turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six in the Defender makes over 100 more horsepower and pound-feet of torque than either Jeep gas engine. But if you're looking for diesel propulsion, along with its associated torque and fuel economy, the Wrangler will be your only option. Final specs haven't been released, but in the Ram 1500, the same engine makes 260 horsepower and 480 pound-feet of torque. Fuel economy hasn't been announced for the Land Rover or the diesel Wrangler. But if fuel economy is a concern, the four-cylinder Wrangler is the most frugal of the SUVs we have numbers on. As for transmissions, the Wrangler is your only choice if you have to have a manual. It's available on both the two-door and four-door models, but only with the V6 engine. If you don't mind an automatic transmission, both SUVs come with variations on the ZF eight-speed auto. Getting the power to the wheels is another area where these two SUVs diverge. The Jeep is very traditional with a standard selectable four-wheel-drive system with two-wheel drive, and low- and high-range four-wheel drive modes. On the Sahara, there's an available full-time four-wheel drive mode, but the other modes are still available. On the Land Rover, you get full-time four-wheel drive, the same kind used on the Land Rover Range Rover.

Jeep Wrangler to remain in Toledo, get a pickup version

Tue, Sep 1 2015

Production of the Jeep Wrangler is staying in Toledo, OH, and it might be getting a pickup in the near future, according to Automotive News. Meanwhile, Cherokee production is leaving Ohio. The announcement was reportedly made to plant management earlier today. "We found a solution that accommodates a variety of other interests to us because of the way in which we can move some product around," CEO Sergio Marchionne said to Automotive News. A Jeep spokesman declined to comment to Autoblog. Right now the official details about FCA's production plans are still hazy. However, an official announcement is expected when the automaker has a deal with the UAW, which could be by Sept. 14. According to insiders speaking to AN, the Wrangler pickup would join the lineup in 2017 or 2018. While losing the Cherokee doesn't help the Toledo factory, the new pickup should take up some of the slack. It also keeps Wrangler production going in Ohio until the next-generation model launches in 2018. The Cherokee is expected to move to the Sterling Heights Assembly plant in Michigan or Belvidere Assembly in Illinois because they build vehicles on the same platform, AN reports. The future of Wrangler production has been a hot topic at the Toledo plant for the entire year. There was initial speculation that model might leave the factory if it moved to an aluminum body. However, the latest reports offered some hope of the Jeep remaining there. Last week, Autoblog's sources at FCA also said that the Wrangler pickup was coming but couldn't confirm a timeframe. FCA recalls 894k total vehicles worldwide in two campaigns

Fri, Oct 30 2015

FCA is recalling a total of 893,698 vehicles worldwide in two campaigns to fix problems with inadvertent airbag deployment, failure of the anti-lock brakes, and stability control systems in the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Liberty, Dodge Journey, and Fiat Freemont. 559,703 of these vehicles are in the US. The larger recall affects 284,089 examples of the 2003 Jeep Liberty and 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and there are also 13,411 of them in Canada, 6,277 in Mexico, and 48,212 outside the NAFTA region. Because of "electrical noise beyond the tolerance of the airbag electronic control module", part of that component can fail, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This can cause the front and side airbags to deploy and the seatbelt pre-tensioners to activate inadvertently. FCA US has seven reports of alleged injuries from this problem. To fix the situation, the Jeeps need their Occupant Restraint Control modules replaced, as well as the front- and side-impact sensors. According to the NHTSA, the replacement parts won't be available until early 2016. Still, FCA US will advise owners about the problem in a letter by the end of December and will send a second notification when the components are ready. The second campaign affects 275,614 examples of the 2012-2015 Dodge Journey in the US; plus 78,148 of them in Canada, 36,471 in Mexico, and 151,476 left-hand drive units outside of NAFTA where it's sold as the Fiat Freemont. On these vehicles, water intrusion can disable the anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control, although a warning light often illuminates when this issue occurs, and the problem doesn't affect regular braking. There are also no reports of injuries or accidents. To fix the issue, dealers will seal the ABS wiring harness and will replace any already affected components as necessary, like the ABS module or the headlamp and dashboard wiring harness. Statement: Occupant Restraint Control Modules October 30, 2015 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - FCA US LLC is voluntarily recalling an estimated 284,089 older-model SUVs in the U.S. to replace their Occupant Restraint Control (ORC) modules and front and/or side-impact sensors, as required. Within this vehicle population, FCA US became aware of seven injuries caused by inadvertent air-bag deployments and advised NHTSA accordingly. The affected vehicles are not equipped with Takata Corp. air-bags. The Company is unaware of any related accidents.
