Please read! For sale 2009 Jeep Wrangler. It has a blue clean rebuilt title in my possession with no lien. It has current up-to date registration, inspection and is under insurance. This jeep has over-sized mud/street tires, Dick Cepek rims, side rails, and the 3 piece hardtop! It also has a touchscreen navigation system! It is an automatic with 4 wheel drive. The car has no check engine light on, no missing airbags, and runs and drives perfectly. The jeep was previously in a small fender bender and was professionally repaired using all factory materials. It was hit from the back, the the rear bumper, trunk door, rim, tire and mirror were replaced. Also the side was scraped, and it was repainted with factory paint professionally (not a cheap paint job where it is obvious it is repainted, you literally can't tell). Chrysler adding 200 jobs at Ohio Jeep Wrangler plant
Fri, 15 Mar 2013Chrysler is betting that the Jeep Wrangler will continue its strong sales surge as it continues to push the legendary brand out across the globe. The Auburn Hills automaker is reportedly adding 200 workers at the Toledo, Ohio plant that builds the Wrangler. What's more, those new hires will be at their posts quickly - they'll be on the job by April 1. Of those 200 workers, 130 employees will be there to relieve those who need breaks.
Why do they need so many relief workers? The Toledo Jeep Complex is currently working at a torrid pace with two ten-hour shifts. A third shift has been ruled out for the moment because of a production botttleneck - the plant's paint shop is already maxed out. According to Reuters, Wrangler production in 2012 cleared 200,000 units, and US sales were up by 16 percent.
Another part of the Toledo plant is presently down as Chrysler retools the line to build Jeep's divisively styled Liberty replacement, the Cherokee (seen in our gallery below). Production for the new model is scheduled to begin toward the end of May.
Jeep Renegade to show off new Mopar gear in Detroit
Sun, Jan 11 2015Jeep's adorable new Renegade is arriving in the US market soon (we're looking forward to driving it in a couple weeks), and to highlight that fact, the American off-road brand is trotting out a pair of Mopar-modified compact CUVs for the 2015 North American International Auto Show. Rather simply, Jeep has modified one Renegade to show off its prowess in the city, and another that plays up the crossover's off-road abilities. Despite their different purposes, both vehicles show off Mopar's parts catalog and Jeep's Authentic Accessories lineup for the new baby Jeep. The Urban Renegade borrows uses a Renegade Limited with Anvil paint as its base and draws from the Accessories catalog, adding a number of Omaha orange accents and satin black wheels. Mopar donated a bike-hauling trailer hitch to the rear of the Renegade, while its cabin features Katzkin leather-lined seats. Once again, Omaha orange accents brighten up the Limited's cabin. As for the off-road model, Mopar got a bit more involved, starting with the Renegade Trailhawk and adding satin black wheels with Colorado red trim and X-shaped graphics, borrowed from military jerry cans, to the Commando Green exterior. A number of prototype and one-off body mods were fitted to the Trailhawk, including a concept skid plate, rock rails and a new rear valence. Inside, Katzkin leather was applied to the Renegade's seats while the Omaha orange accents from the Urban Renegade have been replaced with Commando Green bits and bobs in the off-road model.
