Dahlonega, Georgia, United States

I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon unlimited 4x4 4 door . from the factory equiped with hard top - Sway bar disenguagers - Detroit lockers fron & back - Dana 44 Axles - Frock rails --My gig stereo with Navigation & DVD player- power windows as well as power locks and cruise controle.  aftermarket I have addes a 10,000 lb winch as well as a 3 in lift custom front winch bumper  rear Steel bumper that is capable of accing teh Tire carrier to it. Towing package with a 7 pin plug - Thule Bike carrier.

This jeep has never been in the mud or 4 wheeling. the closest it ever came was down my dirt drive way at my last house. it has teh factory unlimited lifetime warrenty (( unfourtinatley this dosnt transfer  however due to it having that I always kept the serbvices up to maintain the warrenty )) the only reason that I havent fixed the O2 sensor is that to be honest I dont have the money at the moment to fix it it is going to be around $300 parts and labor to fix it and I just dont have it at the moment.

The Body of teh Jeep is in great condition as wellas teh over all of teh Interior the biggest issue with the interior is teh tear in teh drivers seat which I have added a Photo of. there are a few minor scratches here and there but nothing Major. There is a mark on teh side of teh Top in the back where I had a roof rack on teh Jeep and it rubed a spot on teh top . It isnt anything that you would realy even notice unless I point ed it out but I want to be upfront with everything.

This Jeep Runs perfect and I would trust driving it anywhere. I drove it every day for work untill I got a company truck and so now I hardley ever drive it but I wouldnt hesitate to hop in this and drive it to teh other side of the US with no worries it is mechanicaly perfect.

Dirt Every Day tries to find the best 4x4 for under $4k

Mon, 25 Aug 2014

If you want to build a cheap truck that can still do dirty deeds off the beaten path, it's best to start with solid axles and a solid V8 engine. That sums up the lessons learned after watching the 2014 Cheap Truck Challenge from the Dirt Every Day video crew, who took to the deserts and surrounding areas near Reno, NV, in an attempt to find the best 4x4 for under $4,000. Fortunately for us, the whole sordid journey was captured on video.
This isn't the first time the boys from DED filmed a Cheap Truck Challenge, and this year's festivities pitted together a 1993 Chevy S10 pickup, a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 1975 International truck in a series of challenges ranging from donuts to drag races, with plenty of hill-climbing and rock-crawling action in between. We don't want to spoil all the fun, but suffice it to say one competitor was found to be lacking while the other two performed (mostly) well. See for yourself in the video above.

Car Club USA: Louisiana Mudfest

Tue, Jun 16 2015

There's nothing quite like mudding. Big tires, huge power, and crazy-wild gearheads that like to throw down on a mud pit almost as much as a thirty rack of Coors. In the latest, and some might argue greatest yet episode of Car Club USA, we head to Louisiana to throw some dirt at Mudfest. As Louisiana's one and only Mouth of the South puts it, "If you don't mud ride... go to Texas I guess." Joining The Mouth and friendly rivals The Most Hated Mud Sluts, we dive in. Beyond the obvious V8 blasting and tractor-tire spinning, those who know best describe Mudfest as, "Good cooking, good friends, good fun, and a lot of partying." It's a motorsport spectacle unlike any you're likely to find up North or out West, though no less impressive to behold. Follow along with the fun, the impromptu drag racing, the trash talking, and the mechanical madness. And find out why, at Mudfest, "if we don't tear it up, we ain't done it right." Each Car Club USA episode features a different car club or event from across the US, where passionate owner communities gather to share automotive experiences and embark on incredible adventures. From Main Street cruises to off-road trails, catch all the latest car club activity on Autoblog. Chevrolet Ford Jeep RAM Truck Off-Road Vehicles Car Club USA Videos autoblog black

Jeep first American carmaker to return to Tokyo show

Sat, May 23 2015

Despite foreign-brand car sales in Japan declining six percent in the first four months of this year, Jeep sales are up 21 percent in the same period. That could explain why Jeep will be the first the US manufacturer to return to the Tokyo Motor Show after eight years away. Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler walked away during the global crisis that struck after the 2007 show. Jeep will be part of an eight-vehicle, four-brand showcase overseen by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Japan, the local subsidiary. For the moment, it is the only US brand to sign up - neither Ford, GM, or even Chrysler are committed to attend. Stablemates Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Abarth will be there, along with 13 other foreign makes, answering the "Technology & Fantasy" theme for this year's event. In total, organizers announced 15 brands from 14 Japanese manufacturers, and 27 brands from 17 foreign carmakers. The show opens to the public from Oct. 30 to Nov. 8. Related Video:
