I HAVE A PRETTY NICE 1995 JEEP WRANGLER SAHARA EDITION. THIS JEEP RUNS STRONG BUT HAS HIGH MILES. THE MILEAGE SAYS 282000 BUT I THINK IT IS WRONG IT RUNS TO STRONG AND IS IN TO GOOD OF CONDITION TO HAVE THAT MANY MILES ON IT. I WOULD TRUST IT TO DRIVE IT ANYWHERE. IT HAS A 4.0 LITER H.O. MOTOR STRAIGHT SIX. THE TRANNY IS A 5-SPEED AND THE CLUTCH IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE 4X4 WORK GOOD WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE TIRES ARE GOOD BUT NOT GREAT AND IT HAS A NEW SPARE. THE TOP IS ALL THERE BUT I WOULD REPLACE IT THE ZIPPERS ARE STARTING TO BREAK. THE BODY HAS A FEW CANCER SPOTS. OVER ALL THIS JEEP IS PRETTY SOUND AND HAS NOT BEEN ABUSED. IT HAS A NEW WATER PUMP, ALTENATOR, AND STARTER. THE INTERIOR IS ALL GOOD EXCEPT THE DRIVERS SEAT IT IS STARTING TO FRAY. ALL THE GAUGES WORK. Finding surfing spots in the UK is tough work, even in a Jeep
Sun, 06 Jul 2014You truly have to love surfing to practice the sport in the United Kingdom. The area isn't exactly teeming with warm beaches full of sunbathers, and absolutely no easy spots to find big waves. To be a UK surfer, you need to be a fearless adventurer, not to mention quite lucky. And driving a Jeep might help, too.
Surfers Oli Adams and Micah Lester are traveling around the British Isles in a Jeep Wrangler Overland trying to find the best surf spots out there. These guys don't fit the laid-back surfer stereotype, but that's because finding waves in the UK is hard work. They say that the waves at some of these spots only exist for about three hours every year when the current and winds are just right.
To find these surf spots, the Jeep's offroad capabilities are paramount. In some areas, as you'll see in the video, there isn't even a beach, just jagged rocks. It would be like the movie Endless Summer, that is, if it could start snowing at any moment. These guys are clearly dedicated to their sport.

Jeep will show new Grand Wagoneer to dealers this summer
Mon, Jun 8 2015It's generally accepted that the Jeep Cherokee was the first real midsize sport utility vehicle to make headway into the hearts, minds and driveways of American consumers in 1984. While that SUV was aimed at the mainstream, it could be argued that the vehicle that made the idea of a luxury SUV possible was the seminal Jeep Grand Wagoneer. We've been hearing rumblings of a revived Grand Wagoneer for years, but if a report from Automotive News is accurate (despite the fact that it seemingly contradicts an earlier report from the same outlet), the wait may nearly be over. Jeep plans to show off its new Grand Wagoneer at the upcoming dealer show in Las Vegas in August, and while that doesn't give any real indication of when such a vehicle may make it into the hands of consumers, such news probably at least means the automaker has a finalized design. While we're mostly over retro-inspired cars, we'll happily cast a vote toward a three-row Grand Wagoneer with faux woodie body sides, if anyone cares to tally it...
