Up for SALE is a NEW 2015 Jeep Wrangler SUV Sport 2-door, LOADED, HARD TOP! A/C, POWER Windows and DOOR locks!!!
This Jeep is so new, it has never been registered yet (I have a clear Title, copy can be provided upon request),
and has over 10 free months left on SIRIUS-XM satellite subscription!
The color is TANK clear coat paint, which is a military color (dark green). I added power options to it (power windows and door locks for $1,720 professionally installed, and I have
receipts for it). I bought it for a family member, who does not like it anymore, and I am trying to minimize my
losses before selling it back to the dealership.
In the attached pictures you will see the Jeep, the original invoice, and MSRP sticker. I am selling over $2,000
below invoice and with options installed an educated buyer is gaining another $1,720, which is about $4,000 in
savings as opposed to purchasing the same Jeep from a dealership ($28,745 MSRP).
This Jeep comes with:
- Tank Clear Coat Pain
- Deep Tint Sunscreen Windows for privacy
- A/C, Cruise control, leather wrapped steering wheel
- 6-Speed Manual Transmission (so it really feels like driving a Jeep)
- Over 10 months left on Sirus XM! In dash CD player!
- Hard Top!
- Mopar slush matts
- Customer Preferred package 23S, 2TS
- Trac-loc differential (rear axle)
- 7.5” x 17” full size wheels / tires
+ Power locks and Windows professionally installed, including the rear door remote power lock ($350 extra for this
nice to have convenience option)
+ Full Powertrain Warranty left for 5yr/100K miles and other applicable warranties.
If you have any questions, please contact me .

Another crazy custom Jeep Wrangler spotted in Morocco

Sun, 03 Mar 2013

What in the world is the vehicle you see above? Well, um... yeah. We have no idea. According to the video description from YouTube, however, it's a modified Jeep Wrangler, and it comes from the same person who created the equally insane side-by-side merged Wrangler you saw here.
We can clearly make out the Wrangler-shaped passenger compartment up top, but as for the other bits and pieces that make up this rather amazing machine, your guess is as good as ours. At the very least, it seems to us that the car's wheelbase has been given a significant stretch, and the grille may have come from an International LoneStar Harley-Davidson Special Edition semi truck.
What other components are sourced from the massive International hauler? No idea. We suggest you check out the video below and draw your own conclusions. Oh, and if you've got any other ideas, feel free to let us know in the Comments.

Gilles defends 2014 Jeep Cherokee design as "very contemporary"

Thu, 28 Feb 2013

Following the forced-hand introduction of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, there has definitely been a mix of responses revolving around everything from its design to the return of the legendary nameplate. As evidence of this, just check out the 1,000+ comments in our article last week and some of the many opinions that were voiced. Following this not-too-warm reception, Ward's Auto had a chance to talk to Chrysler designer chief - and SRT president - Ralph Gilles, who shed a little more light on the styling direction of the new Cherokee.
Rather than looking to previous models for inspiration, Gilles says that the Cherokee has been designed to be more contemporary, with Mark Allen, head of Jeep design, adding that a main goal was to make sure the design still looks modern five years from now. Interestingly, Gilles does point out that one of the design elements incorporated on the new Cherokee that pays homage to past Jeeps is the sharply downward angle for the leading edge of the beltline, which he notes is meant to mimic the look of the old YJ and TJ Wrangler models fitted with half doors. Of course, the squared-off wheel openings - a signature Jeep cue - are still used.
This is probably a design that will need to be seen on the street in actual daylight to properly assess, but in the meantime, we'll bring you full images and impressions when the Cherokee debuts at next month's New York Auto Show.

Jeep Cherokee won't get diesel until sales of oil-burning Grand Cherokee improve

Tue, 01 Jul 2014

Okay Jeep fans, you want more diesel options? Time to step up and prove it. The only way Jeep will offer a diesel powerplant in the Cherokee, according to brand head Mike Manley, is if sales of the Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel nearly double.
Currently, about eight percent of the Grand Cherokees sold feature the 3.0-liter, EcoDiesel V6. That's simply not enough to warrant the bringing an oil-burning Cherokee to the US market, despite the vehicle's presence in Europe, where it's sold with a 2.8-liter diesel V6.
"Cherokee is slightly different because of its weight and size. When I think about bringing Cherokee diesel here, I would like to see Grand Cherokee diesel get much higher than eight percent," Manley told Automotive News. "It would have to be in mid-double digits."
