I am selling this for my best friend, but I have drove it and was there when it was purchased, so I can tell you just about anything you want to know, and if I cant I will find out for you. The list of the add ons is bellow. He purchased it brand new from the local Jeep dealer. It has never been wrecked, I dont believe it has ever even been in a mudhole but once or twice. It stays in an enclosed shop all the time. It was mainly used just as a fun hobby to build and for show. Almost every mile has been on the pavement. It doesnt have any machanical issues uther than the cruise controle doesnt work. It just needs an adapter that didnt come in the conversion kit. We reserve the right to end the auction if nessasary, because it has been listed locally also. He just put brand new rims and Toyo tires on it 500 miles ago. Buyer must make a $500 deposite within 12 hours of the end of the auction and has 72 hours from the end of the auction to pay the ballance. My friend will deliver up to 250 miles away at no charge. He has the title in hand. The jeep was all stock till it had 15k miles on it. The hemi and transmission that was installed had only arround 30k when put in. Jeep gives Cherokee its yin and yang with Sageland and Urbane concepts
Sat, 19 Apr 2014Among the design concepts Jeep has prepared for Beijing Motor Show this year are a pair of Cherokees dressed up in contrasting schemes.
In one corner we have the Sageland concept pictured above, drawing its inspiration from Shangri-La with an Ivory Peal tri-coat and bronze trim for the grille, fascia appliqués, roof rack, sunroof, mirror caps and exhaust tips. Inside it's all earth tones with light gray Nappa leather seats and red and blue top-stitching inspired by traditional Chinese themes.
Meanwhile the Urbane concept (pictured right) takes the Cherokee in a different direction with steel blue metallic paintjob and black accents. Inside it adopts the theme of Chinese calligraphy with Piano Black accepts and dark red Nappa leather.
Jeep Cherokee Trail Carver is a more rugged Trailhawk
Wed, 06 Nov 2013We briefly mentioned the Jeep Cherokee Trail Carver that was heading to SEMA last week when discussing the Mopar lineup set to be shown in Las Vegas. At the time, though, we weren't able to dive too deeply into details. But with SEMA in full swing, we were able to sneak over and grab some snaps of one of the first modified Cherokees we've seen. The Cherokee is, after all, kind of an unknown quantity in the modification department, being so new and featuring such a polarizing design. We were quite interested to see what Mopar could come up with.
Starting with the Trailhawk 4x4 and its 3.2-liter V6, the engine is fitted with a Mopar cold-air intake and a new exhaust, although it's not clear what sort of power boost has resulted. We'll admit, we were hoping Jeep and Mopar would get a bit more aggressive with the Cherokee's suspension (has anyone thrown a few-inch lift on the new Jeep yet?), but there's no mention of upgrades beyond the knobby, off-road tires. Those should do some good when the going gets rough, while rock rails are there to protect the Auburn Pearl paint on the body.
Speaking of that paint, it's complemented by an interesting graphics package in contrasting black and Crush Orange. The cabin sports Katzkin Amaretto leather seats, along with tech-friendly items like a wireless charging system for cellphones and wireless internet.
