This is a slick jeep. While the odometer reads 27X,XXX, I can assure you that is not an accurate representation of this jeep. The motor and transmission have about 90,000 miles on them. It has currie suspension including johnny joints and double adjustable control arms, Fox Racing shocks, locker front end, 8.8 ford limited slip rear end with 410 gears. It also has 35x12.50 goodyear mtr tires with at least 60% tread remaining (matching spare included). It has aftermarket bushwacker cab corner covers in the back and rock crawling fenders in the front with really cool led turn signal lamps. This has been a great vehicle. Ive owned it for 1.5 years and it has been virtually problem free. The only thing ive had to do to it is replace the starter. It does have a power steering hose leaking. I, until the last week, have driven this jeep daily. Its extremely reliable and ready for virtually anything you want to throw at it offroad. Thanks for looking. Jeep does Renegade Chinese-style with Zi You Xia design concept
Sat, 19 Apr 2014As we mentioned, Jeep is bringing a quartet of concepts to the Beijing Motor Show this year. Its largest model, the Grand Cherokee, is nowhere to be found, but its smallest is. That, of course, would be the new Renegade, which has been done up as the Zi You Xia design concept.
Taking its name from the Mandarin word (or words) for "rebel," the Zi You Xia takes its inspiration from the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, with a Warm Chocolate Gray paintjob with contrasting dark bronze trim. The roof, grille and mirror caps are color-keyed to match the rest of the exterior, riding on 20-inch alloys in the same dark bronze finish.
Inside it's all Piano Black, Anodized Copper and brown leather with plaid fabric inserts. Scope it out in the high-res image gallery above and the press release below.

2014 Jeep Cherokee configurator up and running
Fri, 09 Aug 2013Production delays aside, Jeep is steaming towards its September on-sale date for the 2014 Cherokee. The reborn midsizer's configurator has just gone live, meaning you can fiddle with different options, colors and trim levels to your heart's content.
The cheapest model available is the 4X2 Sport, which starts at a reasonable $22,995. On the high end, the Cherokee's builder allowed us to indulge our passion for ludicrously priced vehicles by outfitting the top-end Trailhawk, which already starts at $29,495, with $8,610 in options. The resulting car, which you can see above, would retail for $39,100 after the $995 destination is factored in.
