NO RESERVE PRICE. Buyer fell through. It is time to sell my baby. Over $10,000 spent on restoration. 6-CYL rebuilt engine and transmission, only 3,000 miles ago. I am averaging 18-25 MPG due to the 6 cylinder and manual hubs. Unlocking hub differentials with part time transfer case. Warn winch, chrome grille guard with added frame frame and cross members for super collision protection. Brand new Pioneer head unit, music system with alarm and keyless entry! 1991 grille, seats, etc upgraded. Brand new brakes and newer carburetor. I also installed an electric fuel pump so she fires right up. Absolutely no rust! The body is very straight and in extremely good condition. A year or so ago the wagoneer was repainted. New wood trim as well. Also the seats are in excellent condition and work properly. I currently have brand new Wet Okole neoprene seat covers for them, which are included. I am sure I am missing things so feel free to ask any questions. The Wagoneer is for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time. The Jeep is sold as-is.

Marchionne uses racial epithet to describe what must power future Alfa Romeo models
Wed, 16 Jan 2013Sergio Marchionne and his Fiat empire have a lot riding on the US return of the Alfa Romeo brand. The endeavor has been in progress for what feels like a lifetime - certainly for as long as Fiat has had the Chrysler brand under its Italian wing.
It's not surprising that Fiat CEO Marchionne needs a perfect first Alfa to mark a return to America. And here's where things get dicey. Nobody would argue with Marchionne's insistence that Alfa Romeo's be powered by Italian engines - as Marchionne himself is quoted to have said at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, "There are some things that are well done in Italy."
If not what he said, then, it's how he said it that has eyebrows raised. "I cannot come up with a schlock product, I just won't. I won't put an American engine into that car. With all due respect to my American friends, it needs to be a wop engine." Wait, what's that?

FCA CEO Mike Manley will take undefined new role after PSA merger
Wed, Dec 18 2019MILAN — Fiat Chrysler Chief Executive Mike Manley will remain with the new group set to result from a planned merger with French rival PSA-Peugeot, Chairman John Elkann said on Wednesday. In a letter to Fiat Chrysler (FCA) employees on the day the two companies announced a binding agreement for a $50 billion tie-up to create the world's fourth-largest carmaker, Elkann said he was "delighted" that the combined group would be led by current PSA CEO Carlos Tavares. "And Mike Manley, who has led FCA with huge energy, commitment and success over the past year, will be there alongside him," he said. He did not say what position Manley would hold. Elkann — who will chair the new group — said there was still much to be done to complete the merger. "Over the coming months we must work tirelessly and determinedly to fulfill all the approval requirements needed to finalize the commitment we have signed," he said.
