This vehicle has been maintained to the highest standards.
It is in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. Power windows,
power seats, power door locks, tilt steering and cruise control. Custom wood
interior features a wood headliner that resembles the deck of a wooden boat,
wood sun visors, wood steering wheel/horn button, wood shift knob, wood door
trim, wood panel on interior of tail gate and a custom made wood center console
with storage compartment. Exterior panel frames are also real wood. Exterior
wood panels are hand painted vs the mac tack stick on panels from the factory. The
engine, transmission and 4 wheel drive transfer case have been rebuilt. Shift
from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive with a switch located on the dash. There is
also a hi-low gear lever beside the driver’s seat. The vehicle has been
rustproofed regularly and is rust free. Recent carpet, door wipes, door seals,
window seals, radiator, tires, shocks, steering damper and all 4 leaf springs.
A brand new (not rebuilt) carburetor was installed last year. The vehicle is
also equipped with a pop up sun roof, a hidden trailer hitch and a high end 2 amplifier
4 speaker stereo. Stereo features CD, a
hook up for satellite radio and a USB/iPod jack. I can show you classic car insurance

Jeep's new Chip Away commercial has us hunting Al Pacino's back catalog
Tue, 19 Feb 2013Chrysler has done a pretty good job as of late turning its television commercials into pep talks or rallying cries, but for its first ad for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it turned to Al Pacino's inspirational speech from the movie Any Given Sunday. In the movie, Pacino's character talks about how football is a game of inches, but the commercial, titled Chip Away, focuses more on the attention to detail that Jeep has exhibited on its updated flagship SUV.
Centering around the newest Grand Cherokee model, the luxurious $47,995 Summit trim level, the commercial shows off some of the hand-stitched leathers and real metal and wood accents found inside the cabin. Check out the new 60-second spot by scrolling below.
2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night puts on a dark face
Thu, Nov 19 2015We'd love to tell you that the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT you see above is powered by a hellish 707-horsepower supercharged V8 engine, but we can't. We hope that's coming soon, but in the meantime, we'll all just have to live in a world where an SUV with a 6.4-liter engine sends a mere 475 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque to all four wheels. So it goes, right? It's not a Trackhawk, and it's not a Hellcat. This is the Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night. That basically means it's just like all other 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT models, except that any and all brightwork has been replaced with gloss black bits. To complete the dark and mysterious look, all of the car's badging, its front fascia and its unique set of 20-inch wheels are done up in a satin-black finish. The body can be ordered in Velvet Red, Billet Silver and Granite Crystal (dark grey). Inside, as you'd expect, all the chrome has been painted black, and the black leather seats have silver stitching. Sure, we want to see the Hellcat engine dropped inside the Grand Cherokee SRT just as much as you do, but it's hard to complain about a 4.8-second 0-60 time or a top speed of 160 miles per hour. Car dealership in East Texas destroyed by tornado
Tue, May 2 2017Few things are as fundamentally and unconditionally destructive as a tornado. These cataclysmic phenomena pass through towns, leaving nothing in their wake but ruin and despair. According to an NBC affiliate in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, a car dealership in nearby Canton was hit by a tornado Saturday night. No employees were hurt. Four other people in the area weren't so lucky. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Canton's new showroom and service center were pounded by the storm, leaving dozens of cars in various states of ruin. Some merely lost windows, while others were flipped and left on their sides or roofs. Photos show piles of cars stacked up like Hot Wheels dumped on the ground. According to a statement from the National Weather Service, winds reached speeds of up to 140 mph. Two other tornadoes were reported in the region. The area has been declared a disaster zone and first responders from up to 100 miles away have swarmed in to help out those in need. According to Reuters, the storms Saturday killed 11 people nationwide.
