I'm selling my 2007 Jeep Grand cherokee SRT8. This thing is fast, and it sounds super nice. It turns heads everywhere. It has 86.6k miles and its Black Clear Coat color. The options include:

I'm the 2nd owner, and I purchased it just over 1.5 years ago. The vehicle has never been involved in an accident, and it's never been raced. The previous owner included the full service history. I recently changed the front/rear differential fluid (replaced with Amsoil gear oil) as well as the transfercase fluid. I also replaced the upper/lower radiator hoses and replaced the MOPAR coolant with Zerex G-05. This thing runs like a top and its super reliable. I'm selling because I'd like to have a WK2 SRT-8, but I'm not in a rush to sell.

As far as mods go, its only got mild things done:

* Power-aide throttle body spacer
* Tinted windows (legal tint)
* Custom exhaust (x-pipe replaces factory muffler)

2014 Jeep Cherokee will keep Liberty designation in China... sort of

Chinese buyers will get their first live look at the 2014 Jeep Cherokee during the Shanghai Motor Show, but CarNewsChina is reporting that it will go by a different name - Ziyou Guan, which translates to "Liberty Light." The article states that our Jeep Liberty was never sold in China, but the iconic XJ Cherokee was sold and produced there as the Qinuoji (a phonetic translation of Cherokee).
The new Jeep Liberty Light will be built alongside the Fiat Viaggio (China's Fiat-badged version of the Dodge Dart) at the Guangzhou-Fiat plant, and the two models will share the same powertrains: a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder base engine paired to a five-speed manual or a dual-clutch transmission and a 2.4-liter four-cylinder (the base engine for the US-spec 2014 Cherokee) as an optional engine. It doesn't sound like the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 will be offered in China.

The 30th anniversary of American Motors' 1987 sale to Chrysler by Renault is just a few years away. AMC is long dead, but for its latest peek in the archives, MotorWeek winds back the clock to somewhat happier times. Take a look at the entire AMC lineup from 1983, including its models from Jeep and Renault. The Jeeps, and to a lesser extent, the AMC Eagle, enjoy a cult following today, but it's amazing how many of these other vehicles are now practically forgotten. Even the big debut in '83 of the Renault Alliance is largely ignored. Although with a ludicrous amount of body roll and a 55-horsepower 1.4-liter engine, it's probably rightly buried.
