Winter may be over, but this car is fun all year round! My 2001 Jeep Cherokee with 97K, 4x4, and auto tranny. Runs stronger than most newer cars due to its legendary I6 4.0L engine. No check engine light here! The car is mechanically flawless! LOW miles and tons of new parts. I was planning on keeping this car for a long time, but I have to get rid of some of my toys.

Watch this 840-hp Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 walk away from GT-Rs and M3s

This last-generation Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 does things that SUVs just shouldn't be able to do, like win drag races against tuned Nissan GT-R and BMW M3 coupes. Granted, the owner isn't coming into this fight with a stock Jeep – far from it. In addition to twin turbos whistling away, he says the engine is a 449-cubic-inch V8, which is nearly 7.4 liters of displacement. As it runs here, the driver claims that the turbos are pumping out around 14 psi of boost to give an estimated 840 horsepower. What's more, he further maintains the powertrain could reach around 1,200 hp with things fully cranked up. Even somewhat dialed back, this Jeep is ready to take on a breadth of formidable challengers, including a couple of Chevrolet Corvette models and a Lamborghini Aventador. There are many reasons why an XJ-generation (or really any other) Jeep Cherokee doesn't make for a good drift machine. It's tall, it's four-wheel-drive... it's a Jeep, okay? But someone apparently forgot to tell that to this guy. Uploaded to LiveLeak, this video shows some poor schmuck who took his Cherokee to a (mostly) empty parking lot and tried to drift it. Needless to say, things didn't go quite as he planned, but they probably went exactly as you might have expected. Thankfully, nobody appears to have been hurt. Or at least, we assume so, since the guy apparently survived to put the video up online.
