1999 JEEP CHEROKEE
AUTOMATIC, 4.0 INLINE 6 ENGINE
4x4
175K MILES
POWER WINDOWS, POWER LOCKS, CRUISE, CD PLAYER
Brand new tires!
Im cleaning out the garage, selling my 99 Cherokee. Jeep has 175k miles but still runs like a champ. Always had regular oil changes. Use to drive the Jeep 80 miles round trip every day until i got a small car. Jeeps interior is in good shape, only bad spot is on side of driver seat (normal for cherokees)
Cruise works like a charm, The ac does need recharged, I used the jeep in the winter so never got around to doing this.
I just had brand new tires put on the Jeep, maybe have 5k miles on them.
Also just put in a cargo area liner
The only issues with the jeep
AC needs recharged
Old owner put air shocks in the rear (no clue why) so it has a bit of a bumpy ride on country roads.
The engine makes the usual Jeep knock, i had it checked out and mechanic said it was nothing major just a jeep thing, ive put 10k miles on it since with NO issues at all
Other than that this jeep is a good runner just small things, that didnt bother me because it is a Jeep. Great car for a kid, or someone who needs a good winter vehicle that wont break down or sink tons of money into. Also a Great Daily driver
If anyone is worried i do have another 4.0 out of a 99 Cherokee that has 115k miles on it, that i would sell for 400 obo w/ the jeep, it is a 100 complete engine with all acc. I got this because i was going to replace the engine until my mechanic said it was just a jeep noise.
If you have any questions or would like to see anymore pictures please feel free to ask
Thank You for Bidding

2015 Ford F-150 named Truck of Texas, Lincoln and Jeep also awarded at Truck Rodeo
Tue, 14 Oct 2014The Ford Motor Company has a lot of reasons to celebrate after winning eight categories in this year's Texas Auto Writers Association's annual Truck Rodeo. Most important among them, the Blue Oval's latest 2015 Ford F-150 earned the prestigious Truck of Texas award, ending the Ram 1500's two-year winning streak. The 2015 Lincoln MKC also grabbed the honor as the CUV of Texas, and Ford was named Truck Line of Texas.
FoMoCo even took trophies for best technology with its extensive use of aluminum on its latest F-Series and best commercial vehicle for the new Transit 250. It wasn't a total sweep, though, because the Jeep Grand Cherokee grabbed the title of the SUV of Texas for the fifth straight time.
This year's event put 60 auto writers in 75 pickups, SUVs and crossovers and challenged them to find the best in a plethora of categories. All of the winners are listed below, and scroll down to read the full announcements from the Texas Auto Writers Association and Ford.
Ram, Jeep redesigns on hold, Alfa Romeo models may come sooner
Wed, Jun 3 2015Last summer, FCA outlined an ambitious five-year plan that sketched out the company's product intentions for each of its brands through the end of 2018. However, even the best strategies sometimes need tweaking. According to Reuters after speaking with unnamed people at auto suppliers, FCA is now possibly delaying at least a dozen projects in North America for a variety of reasons. From vehicle to vehicle, these postponements allegedly last anywhere from just a few months to over a year. The sources from the suppliers claim that in some cases these tweaks are for engineering and design changes. The next-gen Ram 1500 reportedly has among the shorter delays and is being pushed from mid-2017 to November 2017, according to Reuters. Also, the much-discussed future Jeep Wrangler is allegedly moving a little later to July 2017. Among the vehicles purportedly seeing longer delays, the next-gen Grand Cherokee could get pushed back about a year to 2018. That then forces the launch of the three-row, luxury Grand Wagoneer to be even further away. Jeep's upcoming C-segment CUV and the all-new Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and Challenger might also see postponements. The one brand allegedly seeing an accelerated plan is Alfa Romeo. Without going into detail, the sources from these suppliers claim that the Italian automaker is getting even more vehicles for its lineup and could get them even faster than planned. "Those plans need to be flexible and fluid, with the potential to add some vehicles, pull some forward and extend the life cycle of others," FCA said to Reuters about all of these allegations. "We look at these programs on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis." Investment in the auto industry has been a major topic for FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne as of late. He believes consolidation is necessary so that companies aren't burning money on the same projects. Marchionne uses racial epithet to describe what must power future Alfa Romeo models
Wed, 16 Jan 2013Sergio Marchionne and his Fiat empire have a lot riding on the US return of the Alfa Romeo brand. The endeavor has been in progress for what feels like a lifetime - certainly for as long as Fiat has had the Chrysler brand under its Italian wing.
It's not surprising that Fiat CEO Marchionne needs a perfect first Alfa to mark a return to America. And here's where things get dicey. Nobody would argue with Marchionne's insistence that Alfa Romeo's be powered by Italian engines - as Marchionne himself is quoted to have said at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, "There are some things that are well done in Italy."
If not what he said, then, it's how he said it that has eyebrows raised. "I cannot come up with a schlock product, I just won't. I won't put an American engine into that car. With all due respect to my American friends, it needs to be a wop engine." Wait, what's that?
