I purchased this locally in 2011. I replaced tired rod end, water pump, battery, & changed the oil. I've trailered it to the OBX 4 times and used for surf fishing (Awesome)!  It needs TLC, which unfortunately I don't have time for right now.  It is in appropriate condition for the year.... better by far.  I don't know exact mileage, however it states 23000.  4WD is great!  The hard top is bolted on at this time (easy to remove), and comes with a bikini top.  The passenger side door has to be opened from the inside only, but should be easy to fix.  It has areas of wear and tear, such as rust, which is normal for Jeep.  Anymore questions or more pictures needed, please call me at 606-928-9543.

Jeep Wrangler gets the wide-track treatment

When we read the tip about a Gulf-state diplomat in Rabat, Morocco who had supposedly "merged two Jeep Wranglers," we figured the two off-roaders were somehow linked front-to-back. Oh no. As you can see in the image above, taken from video of that vehicle actually traveling down the road and needing more than one lane to do it, the two Jeeps were put together side-by-side.
The seriously widebody truck is said to have six wheels, one at each corner and two in the middle. That's about all anyone seems to know about it at the moment, and that's probably enough - in these situations you know better than to ask why, just watch the video below.

2014 North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year finalists announced [w/poll]

The 2014 North American International Auto Show is right around the corner, which means it's high time we found out which cars and trucks would be finalists for the prestigious North American Car and Truck/Utility of the Year awards.
The finalists - three in cars and three in three trucks/utilities - are dominated by American brands, with two-thirds of the finalists hailing from either General Motors or Chrysler (don't worry Ford, there's always next year), while outliers from Mazda and Acura can be found in each contest.
