I have a 1983 Jeep CJ7 4X4. 258 straight 6. 3 speed automatic transmission. 4L, N, 2H, 4H Transfer case. Model 20 rear end and model 35 front end. It is a must see to believe. It has been fully restored from the ground up. There is not a nut or bolt on this jeep that hasn't not been checked. If anything on this jeep wasn't perfect then it got replaced. It runs strong. It has no problem pushing you back in your seat when you gas on it. I'll try and list some of the thing that it has on it. There is so much to list it will be hard to think of it all. So make sure you look at the picture and you will see that nothing went unchecked. The Mileage is the restored mileage after completion. Garage kept. No rust, original Florida jeep. No expense spared in the restoration. New Best soft top and doors, also Bikini top. Radio and CD player. Fender and dash speakers. Offenhauser four barrel intake. Holly carburetor. MSD 6A Ignition. Like I said in the beginning this is a must see. I'm selling this jeep for a lot less then I got in it. It was a project that we wanted to do and we did. Australian Jeep marketing stunt goes awry [w/video]

Jeep fans in Australia are none too happy with the off-road brand following a contest that saw ten new Cherokees sold for just $10,000 Australian (about $9,400), roughly a quarter of the vehicle's price Down Under.
The contest, called the "World's Most Remote Dealership," gave Aussies the chance to snag an ultra-affordable Cherokee Longitude (analogous to the US-spec Latitude trim), provided they could get to a secret dealership in the remote wilderness of western New South Wales, near the border with the state of South Australia.
In order to get the exact location of the dealership, though, potential customers needed to download an app, which would release a phone number 9:00 AM AEST on Thursday (7:00 PM EDT, Wednesday night). The first ten people who could call in and prove they could afford to finance $10,000 and get to the remote dealership, were given the location of the remote dealership.

Woman and child die after Jeep gets stuck in mud

A Florida woman and her baby died over the weekend when their Jeep sank into deep mud during an off-roading trip. Taylor Brown took his girlfriend Hallie Lewis and their infant son Bryson off-roading in his Jeep Cherokee on Saturday night. The Jeep became stuck in thick mud, according to WESH. Brown got out of the vehicle while Lewis and Bryson remained inside. Using a winch, Brown tried – unsuccessfully Â– to free the Jeep. The Cherokee was left running as he struggled to pull it out of the mud. When he returned to the Jeep to check on his son and girlfriend, he found them unresponsive. Taylor pulled the two out of the back window, but it was too late. Lewis was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The baby died shortly thereafter. Police are still investigating, but their deaths appear to be a tragic accident due to carbon monoxide poisoning.
