2000 Jaguar XJR Here is a very nice 2000 Jaguar that is a 1 Owner and ONLY has 58K Original Miles on it. Check out my store for more great Unique and Classic Cars. Look at the Autocheck Score. Make sure and check out the Video below. This is a very nice car and one of the most fun cars you will ever drive. These cars have the huge 4.0L V8 that is Supercharged. These cars put out a ton of power. This is a 1 Owner Car that only has 58K Original Miles on it. Someone took good care of this car over the years but it does have an issue that is going to have to be addressed. The turbo on this car is bad and is going to have to fixed or replaced. I paid to have the timing chain replaced and then come to find out the bearings are loose in the turbo and that's what you can hear. I didn't want to fix it and not get the warranty. I figured if you fixed it or had it replaced you would get the warranty for the work. I would probably get a new one instead of fixing this one but that is just me. The car is currently is valet mode and has some lights on and won't go over 30mph due to the turbo being bad. Other then that the car is super nice. Under the hood and undercarriage are clean and dry as can be. Make sure to watch the video I do a complete walk around of the car inside and out and even take it for a test drive. This is a 1 Owner Car that ONLY has 58K Original Miles The exterior of this car is beautiful. It is white in color and I don't usually like white on cars but this car really pulls it off. The paint is very nice and has a nice shine to it. The car looks like it was parked in a garage most of the time. The body is straight as can be and it's hard to find a ding anywhere. There is some scrapes on the front bumper and if it was me I would just have that painted at some point. The car looks great just like it is though. I really like the bigger factor 18" wheels that they put on these cars. The really give it a nice look. The tires are very nice and have lots of tread life left. The interior is very nice on this car. It is a tan in color and shows hardly any wear. The drivers seats shows a tiny bit of wear like a couple stress marks in it but other then that the seats have no rips or tears in them anywhere. The back seats don't look like they hardly ever got sat in. The carpets are in the same great shape and I like how they did the two tone interior with the black carpets. It really gives it a classy/luxury look. These cars are fully loaded with every options imaginable or that you could want. Everything on the car seems to work but watch the video I go through and show you everything. This car is just a rare beauty that you just don't see to many like. Once the car is fixed you will have a super low mile car that you will be hard pressed to find a cleaner one. I took pictures of every detail of this car so you can get the full picture and know exactly what you are getting. Jaguar C-X17 crossover concept revealed, hides new lightweight aluminum architecture
Mon, 09 Sep 2013Just as Jaguar teased earlier this month, the luxury marque is debuting its first-ever sports crossover concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, which begins this week. In addition to previewing what a soft-roading Jag might look like, the C-X17 concept also showcases the brand's new advanced unibody aluminum architecture, which it calls the future of its brand.
The British automaker touts the new technical foundation as high-strength, lightweight and extremely stiff, and notes that it incorporates sustainable technologies such as a high-strength alloy made from recycled raw material. The architecture's flexibility means Jaguar will be able to simultaneously manufacture several vehicles on the same production line - a change that will ultimately help the automaker grow its product portfolio.
Indeed, if the C-X17 concept sees production, it would represent a completely new direction for Jaguar, which has previously focused on luxury sedans and sports cars. However, while Jaguar says a range of future models will be built using the new architecture, it hasn't yet mentioned a crossover. The first model to be built on the new underpinnings will launch globally in 2015, and it's - you guessed it - a premium midsize sedan.
UK car output falls 14% in March, may get worse with no-deal Brexit
Tue, Apr 30 2019LONDON — British car output fell for the 10th month in a row in March, hit by a slowdown in key foreign markets, and the sector stands to suffer a lot more if the country leaves the European Union without a deal, an industry body said on Tuesday. Output tumbled by an annual 14.4 percent to 126,195 cars in March, the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders said. Exports, which account for nearly four out of every five cars made in Britain, were down by 13.4 percent. The SMMT said analysis it had commissioned predicted output would fall this year to 1.36 million units from 1.52 million in 2018, assuming London can secure a transition deal with the EU. If Britain has to rely instead on World Trade Organization rules for its trade with the bloc, which include import tariffs, output is forecast to fall by around 30 percent to 1.07 million units in 2021, returning to mid-1980s levels, the SMMT said. The forecasts were produced for SMMT by AutoAnalysis, a consultancy. Prime Minister Theresa May has secured a delay to the Brexit deadline until Oct. 31, giving her more time to try to break an impasse in parliament over the terms of Britain's departure from the EU. Foreign minister Jeremy Hunt traveled to Japan earlier this month to try to persuade the Japanese government and Toyota, which has a big presence in Britain, that London was determined to avoid a no-deal Brexit. "Just a few years ago, industry was on track to produce 2 million cars by 2020 — a target now impossible with Britain's reputation as stable and attractive business environment undermined," SMMT chief executive Mike Hawes said. "All parties must find a compromise urgently so we can set about repairing the damage and diverting energy and investment to the technological challenges that will define the future of the global industry."
