2008 Jaguar X-Type, All Wheel Drive with only 48,000 miles!! Silver exterior with charcoal leather interior. Interior has no signs of wear at all - non smoker car.
Some options include the following; 227 HP 3.0 V6 Engine 4-Wheel Disc Brakes With ABS Traction 4 All Wheel Drive 5 Speed Automatic Transmission Dynamic Stability Control Variable Ratio Steering Adaptive Restraint System Anti-theft Engine Immobilizer Front Driver & Passenger Air Bags, Driver Knee Air Bag, Side Curtain Air Bags Rear Child Seat Tether System Climate Control With Interior Cabin Air Filtration System 120 Watt AM/FM CD System Leather Seating and Steering Wheel - FLAWLESS CONDITION One Touch Power Moonroof Split Fold Down Rear Seat Power Front Seats Sapele Wood Interior Trim Accents Bluetooth Connectivity Heated Front Seats and much, much more..... Vehicle runs and drives perfectly, no leaks, no air bag deployment, no lights lit up on dash - MINOR DAMAGE. I own a collision repair shop approximately 6-10 miles from Pittsburgh PA. We purchased this vehicle from one of our customers that was moving out of state and could not wait to have the vehicle repaired. Listed below are the items needed to get this car looking good again; Front bumper cover needs to be replaced in my opinion. There is another seller listed here on e-bay that has a complete bumper assembly for $350.00 The left headlamp assembly needs to be replaced - I have a perfect used lamp that I will include with the sale! The left fender needs to be replaced - I have a used fender that I will include with the sale! The used fender is not perfect as there are several small dings that will require reconditioning prior to refinishing. The hood panel has minor damage to the left front corner. I estimated this damage at 4.5 hours when I was going to repair the vehicle. There are no buckles or distortion beyond that area. The right fender has a softball sized soft dent that can easily be repaired. Damage is not through the feature line area. The right quarter panel has a small dent that can probably be removed by a paintless dent repair person. The passenger front and rear doors were creased from front to rear. I was lucky enough to find two perfect silver doors for the car for a reasonable price. I bolted them on the car and transferred the original trim panels to them. I will include the original doors with the sale if you want them. Other than the damage listed above, the car was impeccably maintained and cared for. The tires are in great condition with about 70% of the tread remaining. Please contact me if you have any additional questions about the vehicle. This vehicle will be sold as is, where it is. I only accept cash at time of pick up when selling a vehicle. As far as the price goes, I am negotiable to reasonable offers. Thanks for looking! |

2013 Jaguar XF 3.0 Supercharged
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Generally speaking, I don't get too upset about the growing need to replace displacement in modern cars. Sure, there are exceptions (don't you touch my 6.2-liter AMG V8), but honestly, the industry's new forced induction powertrains are all lovely, and their gains in fuel economy - when they actually make good on them - can make up for the ever-so-slight losses in performance or driving character.
But I'm having a hard time keeping my chin up with this Jaguar XF. For the 2013 model year, Jaguar has killed off the naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 and fitted a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 with an eight-speed automatic in its place (and even offers a turbocharged four-cylinder engine below that). That all sounds perfectly well and good, but a week behind the wheel of this British Racing Green sedan just left me missing that V8. And then some.

Consumer Reports no longer recommends Honda Civic
Mon, Oct 24 2016Consumer Reports annual Car Reliability Survey is out, and yes, there are some big surprises. First and foremost? The venerable publication no longer recommends the Honda Civic. In fact, aside from the walking-dead CR-Z and limited-release Clarity fuel-cell car, the Civic is the only Honda to miss out on CR's prestigious nod. At the opposite end there's a surprise as well – Toyota and Lexus remain the most reliable brands on the market, but Buick cracked the top three. That's up from seventh last year, and the first time for an American brand to stand on the Consumer Reports podium. Mazda's entire lineup earned Recommended checks as well. Consumer Reports dinged the Civic for its "infuriating" touch-screen radio, lack of driver lumbar adjustability, the limited selection of cars on dealer lots fitted with Honda's popular Sensing system, and the company's decision to offer LaneWatch instead of a full-tilt blind-spot monitoring system. Its score? A lowly 58. The Civic isn't the only surprise drop from CR's Recommended ranks. The Audi A3, Ford F-150, Subaru WRX/STI, and Volkswagen Jetta, GTI, and Passat all lost the Consumer Reports' checkmark. On the flipside, a number of popular vehicles graduated to the Recommended ranks, including the BMW X5, Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette, and Cruze, Hyundai Santa Fe, Porsche Macan, and Tesla Model S. Perhaps the biggest surprise is the hilariously recall-prone Ford Escape getting a Recommended check – considering the popularity of Ford's small crossover, this is likely a coup for the brand, as it puts the Escape on a level playing field with the Recommended Toyota RAV4, Honda CR-V, and Nissan Rogue. While Ford is probably happy to see CR promote the Escape, the list wasn't as kind for every brand. For example, of the entire Fiat Chrysler Automobiles catalog, the ancient Chrysler 300 was the only car to score a check – there wasn't a single Dodge, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati, or Ram on the list. That hurts. FCA isn't alone at the low end, either. GMC, Jaguar Land Rover, Mini, and Mitsubishi don't have a vehicle on CR's list between them, while brands like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Nissan, Lincoln, Infiniti, and Cadillac only have a few models each.
