2002 Jaguar X-type Base Sedan 4-door 2.5l Awd Absolute Sale No Reserve on 2040-cars
Staten Island, New York, United States
Up for sale is a 2002 Jaguar X-Type with 135k miles. This auction is an absolute sale with NO reserve. This is your chance to own a stellar looking car at a great price. This vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserve, so do not lose your opportunity to own this vehicle. This vehicle is being sold As-Is and the sale will be final. I own 3 vehicles and recently took this car off the road; this car was my preference this winter when driving through the snow since its AWD. I've recently driven a 500 mile round trip to MA with no problem. Please read description for full details. There are small dents on the roof and trunk possibly from hail; the dents were there when I originally purchased it. Its a used car so do expect cosmetic scratches, scuffs, chips, dents and dings throughout the car. I tried best at uploading pictures to show each detail. I have recently replaced the front brake pads + rotors and only the rear pads not rotors. I have also installed a remanufactured starter and a new battery. The FM radio up until recently was working and now only the AM radio seems to be working. Read below for more details on the condition of car.

Jaguar bringing all-wheel-drive F-Type to LA Auto Show [w/video]
Thu, 06 Nov 2014Jaguar's big splash at last year's Los Angeles Auto Show was showing off the slinky F-Type Coupe; perhaps one of the loveliest car shapes on the road today. This year the company won't have a show-stopping new design to offer, but the news that all-wheel drive is coming to the F-Type range is, nevertheless, pretty spectacular.
Mixed in with news about a technical partnership between Jaguar and the Bloodhound SSC World Land Speed Record program, the British brand announced this morning that it will show the first AWD F-Type Coupe at the 2014 LA show later this month.
Jaguar tells us that the sure-footed cat, in AWD F-Type R Coupe form, will run from 0-60 miles per hour in just 3.9 seconds, with a limited top speed of 186 mph.

Highlights from the Goodwood Festival of Speed, including the McLaren P1 and a Ford Transit running the hill
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The sole purpose of this post is as a time-waster, and since you shouldn't have to work to waste time, we've done it for you. In the numerous videos below you'll find cars that have lately been in the news tramping all over the grounds of Lord March's estate in Goodwood, England.
There's the McLaren P1 heading up the hill, the Jaguar Project 7, then a casually-driven Porsche 917 followed by an even-more-casually-driven Porsche 956, topped off by a Porsche 936 that is anything but casually driven. The next round is the flame-spitting Peugeot 405 T16 Pikes Peak from Climb Dance, a camera mounted on the Peugeot RCZ R after it showing you what the whole, uninterrupted run up the hill looks like. For a real head-turner, we couldn't embed it but there's Andy Reid blasting up the hill in a Ford Transit Supervan with a Cosworth 3000 V6 engine.
The modern racing contingent has Allan McNish doing the hill in the Audi R18 e-tron quattro he used to win Le Mans and Lewis Hamilton making lots of tire smoke in the Mercedes-AMG Petronas MGP-W02. For comparison, that's followed by Nick Heidfeld's record-setting run up the hill in 1999 in the McLaren MP4/14 . The classic racing contingent is headlined by 71-year-old Giacomo Agostini on an MV Agusta.
