In regards to trade-ins, trade cars must be delivered to our facility prior to taking delivery of your purchase.
The Deposit:
Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close.
All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction.
If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection here in
St. Louis, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
Tax, Title and License:
Missouri residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as
well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of Missouri,
you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.
NOTE: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours,
(2) business days or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of
the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next
highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
Vehicle may be sold by dealership before end of auction.

However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the
potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing
purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an
inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to
deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition.
However, extended warranty options are available on most vehicles. Please be advised that
no oral statements concerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the
condition of said vehicle. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most
comfortable buying experience on eBay. We do not accept escrow, and all inspections must be
done prior to delivery. The only fee associated with the sale is an $285.00 processing fee
which covers processing of paperwork, pre vehicle delivery costs, cleanup, FedEx, etc and a
30-day temporary registration so the vehicle can be driven prior to transfer of title in your area.

In regards to winning bidders and Buy Now option customers: All winning bidders and buy-it-now
option bidders must fly out and personally inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not as
represented upon personal inspection, We will not only promptly refund your deposit, but
will reimburse airfare based on your coach ticket value as well. This is another way for us
to assure your satisfaction in conducting business with our company. Feedback must be left at the time of delivery following final inspection.
Pertaining to non eBay winners, anyone with a deposit but the sale is pending financing, 3rd party inspection
or any other contingency, the said vehicle will not be held and is subject to be sold at any time,
until all contingencies are removed and a manager or owner accepts and signs the purchase order.

Just yesterday we brought you word that Jaguar was planning to bring something special to the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year - the first product of its Special Operations division - and now we have it right here. Previewed in concept form last year, Jaguar's big reveal appears to be the production version of the Project 7 show car - an extreme speedster version of the F-Type. Though we still don't have official details, these images leaked courtesy of 4WheelsNews show that the roadster seems to have lost little in the transition from concept to reality. The bright blue paint job has been replaced by a more British shade of green, but the white trim - including the racing stripes running across (not up) the hood, the grille surround and the number circle on the door - appear to have carried over. As has the D-Type-inspired, fin-like, single raised cowling on the rear deck, though now positioned behind the left-hand driver's seat instead of the right. The wheels are fresh and the front lip spoiler looks even bigger, and the rear wing appears to have been reshaped.
It should come as no surprise that the folks back in England have been working on a hot new version of the Jaguar F-Pace. Today, just ahead of the 2018 New York International Auto Show, the British automaker confirmed that the Jaguar F-Pace SVR will debut this week. The new Jaguar I-Pace and Range Rover SV Coupe will make their North American debuts alongside the F-Pace. All we know about the F-Pace SVR is that it will be the fastest and most powerful version of Jaguar's best-selling product. We don't even have a teaser photo, as Jaguar Land Rover loves to play things close to the vest, so we're sharing some spy photos that we think might be the new model. Expect some version of JLR's 5.0-liter supercharged V8. We're hoping it's the 575 horsepower variant from the refreshed Range Rover Sport SVR. Expect 0-60 mph times in the low-4-second range and a top speed of at least 155 mph. The I-Pace and Range Rover SV Coupe both debuted earlier this month at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show. The I-Pace is an all-electric crossover with an estimated 240 miles of range. The SV Coupe is a limited-production two-door variant of the full-size Range Rover. At the 2017 New York Auto Show, Jaguar has revealed the final piece of the 2018 F-Type puzzle: a four-cylinder entry-level model. It rounds out an expanded lineup of F-Type variants that have all gotten a bit of a facelift and some additional content for 2018, which we told you about back in January. But the little four-cylinder is definitely the biggest surprise. Underhood is the state-of-the-art 2.0-liter, turbocharged, gasoline-fueled Ingenium engine, which is making its way into several Jaguar-Land Rover products for the first time in the 2018 model year. It has a full suite of contemporary technologies, like a variable-lift electrohydraulic valvetrain that eliminates the need for a traditional throttle, an integrated exhaust manifold, and a dual-scroll turbocharger. You might recall that the Ingenium gas engine is replacing an older 2.0-liter turbo four in the XE, and also will show up in the F-Pace and XF. Add the F-Type to this burgeoning list, and don't expect it to stop there. The Range Rover Velar has also been announced for the US with this engine. In the F-Type, the 2.0T makes 296 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, which is higher than some of the other applications for this engine in the US. There's only one powertrain arrangement for the 2.0T in the US – rear-wheel drive and backed up by an eight-speed automatic – but buyers will be able to choose from a coupe or convertible body style. Jaguar claims the 2018 F-Type will scoot to 60 mph in as little as 5.4 seconds. It's also the lightest F-Type, by a smidgen. The 2.0T coupe weighs 3,360 pounds, which is 95 pounds lighter than the next-lightest coupe, the 3,455-pound, 340-horsepower supercharged V6 coupe equipped with a manual (and 117 pounds lighter than that car with an automatic). There's probably a fuel-economy benefit in EPA testing as well, but Jaguar doesn't have EPA numbers yet, so stay tuned on that. Don't forget that the 400 Sport variant will join the 2.0T on the stand. It's a one-year-only special edition model with a supercharged V6 uprated to 400 hp, but sadly there's no manual version on offer.
