Excellent care, garage kept. She also has the original owner's manual. Interior is in very good condition with no rips, tears or loose stitching. Everything works to our knowledge. Top is in like new condition and functions properly meaning the rear windows go up and down as they should. Wheels are in fair condition, no curb rash. Tires are in good condition also. Jaguar's XFR-S Sportbrake looks to be one hot kinschlepper
Tue, 23 Jul 2013This is the Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake, which is too cool for North American sale (the Sportbrake, not the XFR-S sedan, which we're getting soon). Like the XFR-S four-door, it has a 5.0-liter, supercharged V8 pumping out around 550 horsepower.
Our spy photographer's x-ray vision is saying that a ZF eight-speed automatic will be the gearbox of choice for the XFR-S wagon, which fits with the sedan, as well. The Sportbrake also has the usual high-performance touches, with huge air intakes in the front fascia, big wheels wrapped in low-profile tires, a dropped suspension and a rear end that's wearing a diffuser and a pair of meaty, quad exhausts. We're happy to see that the XFR-S Sedan's rear spoiler - or some iteration thereof - isn't here to mangle the Sportbrake's beautiful shape.
Where the this super-fast hauler will debut remains a question. There's virtually zero chance of it arriving at an American auto show (although we do endorse that, and any other decision that brings this wagon to our shores), which likely means it'll be in Europe. The Frankfurt Motor Show and Geneva Motor Show seem like the leading contenders, but we'll just have to wait and see.
Can a Jaguar XKR-S be drifted while blindfolded?

With that in mind, the gang over at Autocar got a hold of the monstrous XKR-S for the latest installment of "Will it Drift?," only they raised the stakes a little by attempting the feat with a blindfolded driver
We've driven the XKR-S a number of times here at Autoblog (including a First Drive, Review and Quick Spin), so we weren't at all surprised to learn that blind drifting in the car is possible. But what is remarkable is the ease at which it happened. This, of course, can be credited as much to the car as to the driver, Steve Sutcliffe. Senior Editor Greg Migliore selected the 550-horsepower R variant and pushed this Jag to the limit at one of North America's prettiest tracks. He reveled in the supercharged V8's power and sound as he embraced Monticello's curves and long straightaways. Meanwhile, Consumer Editor Jeremy Korzeniewski had a similar experience. Kind of. He lapped Monticello in the 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR and then went off-roading at a challenging course nearby. It's the best of both worlds. He gets to soak in the blown V8 – but also gets to splatter a little mud.
