1990 Jaguar XJS V-12 Coupe
This is a well maintained vehicle. Located in Morgantown WV. It has 69,250 original miles and features , a Jaguar AM/FM cassette stereo, tilt steering wheel, Cruise control, power window, heated leather seats and rear window defogger. A 5.3 liter engine , with RWD. The tires are almost new with matching rims on all 4 tires with a matching spare as well. On the driver side you can see a small area of surface rust, as well as the rear drivers side trim area. The drivers seat has a seam separation approx. 6 inches long. There is a small rip on the headliner above the passenger side door. The rear seats are in very good condition, the engine is very clean, it starts , runs and shifts well. This car has a used ashtray but not a smoky odor, there are a few scratches on the hood of the car but very miminal. As well as small area of oxidation. Jaguar F-Type Coupe spotted testing
Thu, 09 May 2013The automotive world has been hot on fire with the Jaguar F-Type of late. We're still recovering from the excitement of driving Jaguar's new sports car for the first time, and recently we had a predictive look at a coupe version. As it turns out, those 'patent sketches' were just a warm up for the real deal F-Type Coupe, as this brand new set of spy images proves out.
Word from our shooter is that security around the F coupe was and is really tight. The photographer had to hide in the cargo area of his clandestine SUV, just to catch these few, not-perfectly-clear images (that odd color your see is window tint). Still, the photos are good enough to see that the rakish silhouette of the hardtop is going to do justice to the convertible. In fact, the new top seems to flow quite perfectly into the car's rear haunches.
Expect that the F-Type Coupe will share an engine lineup with the roadster, meaning both a naturally aspirated and a supercharged V6, as well as a V8 option. Hot R and R-S versions of the Jaguar coupe are a virtual lock, too, though how far down the product pipeline they are is unclear.
Jaguar Land Rover creates new Special Operations division for halo vehicles, bespoke commissions
Fri, 13 Jun 2014Jaguar Land Rover has announced that a new division of the British manufacturer will be dedicated to "bespoke commissions," as well as heritage products and apparel. Oh, and the new Special Operations division will also be behind JLR's halo cars from now on.
It's that last one that is the most tantalizing, as the last real halo product to see production from Jaguar was the XJ220. The Range Rover, meanwhile, has always had its own kind of halo reputation, although the Land Rover brand itself has never really gotten into the game with a dedicated model.
According to JLR, the new halo models will focus on ultra-high performance and luxury with a limited run of vehicles. The bespoke models, meanwhile, will give the wealthiest customers full sway over how vehicles are outfitted, with unique paints, trims and other accessories. The new SpecOps division will be run by John Edwards.
