2004 Jaguar Xj8 Base Sedan 4-door 4.2l on 2040-cars
Leawood, Kansas, United States
This is an elegant Jaguar that will impress your friends and family. It runs fast, smooth, and very quiet. The vehicle looks just like it left the showroom, except for a small scrape (barely visible) on the right rear bumper corner, and a defect on the LR door/window molding. Windows have been tinted. The clear coat has kept the paint bright and shiny. Chrome trim is bright. The car has always been garaged and not left in the driveway. Brand new tires were installed June 26, 2014, by Aristocrat Motors of Merriam, Kansas. We have always serviced the car at proper intervals and we have all service records on this vehicle since it was purchased from Aristocrat Motors in 2006. There are no mechanical needs to my knowledge, but of course it is being sold "As Is" . This is an impressive Jaguar and my friends think I should not sell it. We reserve the right to withdraw from E-Bay at any time unless there is a bid above reserve. You would be proud to own and drive this vehicle.

2016 Jaguar XE is ready to stalk the competition
Mon, 08 Sep 2014
The XE wears some of the best styling elements from Jaguar's current litter.
Big sedans and sports cars. Jaguar has been known for those two things since the company's name was birthed in 1945. Stylish saloons like the Mark 2 and performance machines like the E-Type make up the brand's heritage, but the compact sedan market is one where the British marque has lacked great product.
Jaguar-Land Rover builds millionth vehicle at Halewood
Fri, 29 Nov 2013Jaguar-Land Rover is not what you'd call a volume automaker by any stretch of the imagination. But in the dozen years since it started manufacturing at its Halewood plant near Liverpool, England, the automaker has already built its millionth vehicle.
The landmark vehicle is a Range Rover Evoque, done up in white with red roof and mirrors, black wheels and a red and black interior. The crossover is set to be donated to Cancer Research UK, which will auction it off next year to help fund its projects in the north-west of the country.
Halewood started manufacturing the Jaguar X-Type in 2001, then went on to assemble the Land Rover LR2 / Freelander 2 before taking on production of the Evoque a year and a half ago. The facility reached the 300,000-unit milestone just last year as production moved to a 24-hour cycle for the first time in either marque's history.
Jay Leno gets reacquainted with the Bertone Pirana
Mon, Mar 16 2015Jay Leno gets all manner of vehicles stopping by his garage – some more rare than others, but this one is an entirely unique creation unearthed from another time. It's the Pirana, a one-off commissioned by a British newspaper in the late Sixties that we actually found listed on eBay a few years back. It was built atop a Jaguar E-Type, but with custom bodywork designed by Marcello Gandini and crafted by Bertone. The result looks like a Maserati Ghibli or Lamborghini Espada of the same era, but actually came out just before either, previewing the Italian exotics that would follow from Gandini's pen and Bertone's carrozzeria. The Pirana is now undergoing a complete restoration to bring it back to the original condition in which it appeared at the 1967 London Motor Show, but before the process is complete, Leno shows us around and takes it out on the open road to relive memories of a relic from a bygone era.
