OK, I was going to go a different direction with this Scout, I seen one at the sema show that was bagged on intros and I couldn't get it out of my head, not to mention I've never seen one at any of my local shows!
But my ideas have changed and I'd like to go another direction.
Soooooo the Scout is a 2x2..but will still get where ever you want to go…..it has the original 345 V8 in it, it has a brand new Holley carburetor on it, new battery, new plugs/wires, radiator hose and it has a nice little cam in it and with the true dual exhaust and flowmaster mufflers it sounds awesome!
It has the original transmission in it that has just been completely serviced; it shifts great and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
The breaks are all brand new to include the booster...the thing stops on a dime.
The rims and tires are all brand new as well as the lock nuts.
The interior is all new to include the seat, dash and doors painted, body panels are bed armored and bed is diamond plated.
Fresh paint job, pinstripes, and all new Windows seals as well....the doors were all aligned when the body work was done and they shut great.
Bumpers were painted and diamond plate was put on the rear bumper, all the rust was cut out of the floors and patched with new metal.
I have a back seat out of the exactly same year and make that will be included in the sale “needs to be reupholstered” as well as a brand new steering stabilizer and Kenwood CD player/speakers.
Bottom line is this thing is clean.....pictures say it all.
