1965 INTERNATIONAL SCOUT 80

Here's your chance to own a fabulous example of a early International Scout. This 1965 Model 80 has spent its time in Texas, so its no rust bucket. The outer body is near perfect with only one small dent on the drivers side rear end down near the bumper. The Scout runs well and the motor does not smoke or knock. The three speed transmission shifts as it should and the clutch has recently been replaced. The two-speed transfer-case also works as it should.

The headlights work, wipers work, horn works, map light works, the radio doesn't seem to have power to it and the turn signal arm is off the steering column. It's not broken but seems like a clip is missing. Inside the Scout was upgraded like back in the 70's with carpet, gun rack, and the original seats have White Tail Deer heads on them. The original rear seat is in nice shape too.

The Scout has solid original floors with no holes found anywhere. There are no signs of Bondo either. The top is removable and the windshield folds down and locks. All the glass is good and the side windows roll up and down nicely for an old Scout. The tailgate is in nice shape but does have some bubbling down low under the paint. Speaking of paint, I love the color, but the clear coat is peeling on the hood etc.

The tires are mud grips and in pretty nice condition. The hub-caps on the Scout are from a old Ford Bronco and are NOT included. But Scout hubcaps are always available on eBay.
