Resort Collector Cars is pleased to be able to offer this very fine Scout for sale. The owner purchased the Scout in 1982 and as he says he is the third owner, but the second owner only owned it for 2 hours. It was his deer hunting vehicle and over the years it had a few bumps and bruises and finally about 10 years ago the right front fender lost a battle with a tree after the Scout rolled off on its own. He then sent it to a shop where they did a lot of very expensive restoration work. Everything was made as new except the engine and transmission which needed no attention. Paint, interior, front suspension, brakes, fancy radio, 10,000# Warren winch, back up sensors, 4 wheel drive service. The Scout has been driven 822 miles since he got it back, but health issues say now is the time to sell. I have driven the Scout about 50 miles and it drives like it should, and you can drive it home, whether it be Colorado or the East coast. The only paint problems show on the left rear fender around the wheel well in the form of a few small spots. This is a rust free vehicle, never was any and it has none now.
