Read closely!! 1979 International Scout II. NO MOTOR, NO TRANSMISSION OR TRANSFER CASE. Selling as a rolling chasis. Vehicle is set up for a chevy 350 motor, turbo 400 transmission. and GM transfer case. I removed the motor, transmission, and transfer case for use in another Scout. Vehicle has the following parts that go with it: has Dana 44's front and rear in good condition with 4:09 gears. 35x14.50x15 super swampers with approximately 50% tread on chrome wheels, original fit radiator, and I think the front and rear drive shafts will go with it for the chevy, just need to check fit on mine before I can confirm that. Body has typical rust spots for a 4 wheel drive of its age. When I bought it it was being used as a mud toy, was running and driveable, I bought specifically for the motor and transmission. All glass is good in, seats are good, has a split bench seat in the front and a bench seat in the back. Top is real easy to unbolt and remove. Previous owner got it as a barn find to use to play in the mud or a hunting truck at the deer lease. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I will add some more specific pictures this weekend, if there is something you want to see in particular, shoot me a meesage and I will get a picture of it sent to you. Vehicle sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed or implied. What you see is what you get. I also have a Borg Warner T-15 3 speed manual transmission bolted to a Dana 20 transfer case that came out of the Scout that I am working on that was working fine when it was parked with a bad motor 15 years ago. Also a 258 AMC inline 6 out of a jeep or scout, not sure of it's history. Motor is super clean on the outside and came with another scout years ago. I really can't tell you much about, it is yours if you want it. $500 deposit required within 48 hours of bid close, balance due on pick up. Can be viewed in Waco, TX by appointment only. Vehicle is for sale locally and seller reserves the right to end auction at any time should it sell locally. I can possibly deliver with 200 miles of Waco, TX for $1.25 per mile, round trip. More than happy to answer any other questions you may have. Please contact seller prior to bid close for other specifics.
