Up for sale is my 78 International Scout II. This is a one of a kind scout it has had an older restoration and is in excellent shape for it's age. Whether you are a Scout enthusiast or someone who just wants something different then this is the truck for you. The entire interior of this Scout has been redone with tastefully upgrades adding style comfort and modern style. Upgraded stereo with marine speakers and new style seats.

This Scout cruises down the road with style and excellent drivability. I would not even flinch on taking this vehicle on a 500 mile trip, truck runs straight and tracks perfectly I drive this with 1 hand on the wheel at 75 mph with ease. This scout has a resealed 304 V8 which was redone 500 miles ago, if any one knows these International motors leak oil everywhere. I spent lots of money and time redoing this motor with all new seals and gaskets, I installed a brand new performance clutch which makes the shifting a breeze. Truck has brand new exhaust that sounds awesome, without being too loud.

The suspension on this truck and lift kit was all professionally done, with large front and rears with new shocks and bushings. Brand new rims and tires, Dick Cepek DC-2 rims with 37" Bf Goodrich Mud Terrain KM2 tires.

This vehicle was present for my wife in which she drove it everywhere. She decided she wants a convertible car this is the reason for the sale.

Please remind yourself that this is a 36 year old vehicle it does have some flaws. The paint is a 7 out of 10 with no rust or rot holes in any of the floor or body panels, the interior is a 7 out of 10, it is missing the ashtray and trim ring around the speedo also needs new speedo cable which is a cheep and easy fix. Because of this the true mileage is unknown. The brakes are all new and the suspension frame springs and paint is a 8 out of 10. Please look closely at the pictures and you will see how clean this scout really is. I looked for a long time for one of these and besides ones I have seen sell at Mecum and Barrett Jackson for well over $30k, this is the nicest one I've seen.

Vehicle has a few dings and scratches in the paint and a crack in the lower right half of the windshield besides that she is perfect.
