We have a International Scout II Terra that we received as a trade in, I will include some pictures of the trucks condition when we received it.  The truck has over gone a restoration that includes body work, paint, interior, and tires.  We painted the truck International Harvester Red and white, put a spray in bed liner in the rear and lower rear front fenders, new door rubber, new wipers, new carpet kit. We replaced a section of the floor on the drivers side that had some rust, under side is solid. found oem factory hub caps, and put brand new Mastercraft Courser a/t 235/75/15 tires on.  All glass is intact and free from chips or cracks. Has original factory Warn winch bumper package. there are some things that this scout still needs but it can be done while enjoying the ride, it runs and drives great, starts right up every time.  some of the gauges on the dash do not work and will need some attention, it is missing the antenna but he wiring is there, the divers door needs to be adjusted after we put the new rubber molding on the door it has became tight to close and will need adjusted.  We replaced the factory headlights with a upgraded clear headlights that I personally think look great and add style to the truck, we tried to keep this truck as factory as possible by replacing parts with OEM new parts or used.  the seat is not original to the truck it was in the truck when we purchased it, it is not bolted down right now and will need to be lifted about 3-4 inches to give a correct ride height, it was installed with a 4"x4" blocks but we decided  not to put it back in and we was going to have a steel version made to give it the correct height, truck shifts good and clutch is working like new.  We would like to do all the small details to fix this truck completely but have decided to let the new owner complete it to keep the cost down for the purchaser.  Great looking truck that is getting rare to find. Buyer's Inspection

Warranty

Payments

We accept Certified and Cashiers Checks and Funding Transfers in $US only. All funding or paperwork must be received as soon as possible and within no more than 5 days of auction closure or we reserve the right to re-list or sell to any other qualified buyer. Winning Bidder must confirm his winning bid with a $500 NonRefundable Deposit within 48 hours of auction end. Balance of Purchase Price is due to Seller within 5 days of the end of the auction.

 

Taxes and Fees

"Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees, but also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Eagle Rock Auto Sales also applies a documentary fee of $99 on all sales.

 

Title Information

Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

 

Finalizing Your Purchase

Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 2 business days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".

 

Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500,000. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure. In the event the vehicle arrives and is not to the satisfaction of the client or Eagle Rock Auto Sales can not make the vehicle satisfactory for whatever reason there is a return policy. Eagle Rock Auto Sales will allow the client to return the vehicle minus a 10% restocking fee. This is only possible if the request is made within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle and the vehicle has been driven less then 50 miles of what it had when it left Eagle Rock Auto Sales.
