Hi all thanks for looking at my international scout,

Most of the work done to this truck was by the original owner out in Colorado. Here is a little about the truck:

The engine is a 1973 Improved Cooling 392 bored .030 over, minor head work, Comp Cams 268H grind cam, most radical they make for a IH.

Stans TriY headers into 2.5" dual exhaust, the truck was originally an auto but we pulled that out and installed a 1972 T-18 4-speed, and stock Dana 20 T-case, the axles are stock dana 44's with the front having the front knuckles cut and turned for 5.5 deg or positive caster.

Its got a 3" body lift, a 4" Skyjacker suspension kit and shocks.

The truck was really clean to start but had some rust in the rear 1/4's and rear bed floor.

Its got Howertown Fiberglass 1/4 pans and fiberglass wheel archs, the rear floor rust was in the back corners that rust was cut out and replaced with new steel.

The front grill was bought NOS brand new in the box before it was put on that truck.

Comes with both a hard and soft top.

Things still to fix:

Timing needs to be reset. every now and then rumbles whenever you turn it off.

Rear emergency brake cable (have the cable just need to put it on)

The upholstery, specifically the driver's seat. My intent was to rip out the carpet and rhino line the interior.

The head unit in there now is a cheaper unit as the one I initially had in there was stolen. So sometimes the cd skip over bumps.

Air conditioning does not work.

I have some miscellaneous parts that I will be sending with the truck.

Overall she has been a great truck.

Runs good, was my daily driver until I recently bought a new toy. =]

I might elect to allow a cashiers check or electronic transfer (depending on the bank) after talking to you but I will not release the truck or the title until I physically have the cash in my hand. That means that my bank must first safely clear any cashiers check/deposit and let me withdraw the cash. Please don't ask me what the reserve price is. If you have negative feedback or very low feedback please contact me. I reserve the right not to deal with someone who does not appear to have a good track record or be a legitimate sincere buyer. I don't want to waste my time or the time of other bidders dealing with someone who may not be serious. If you have very low feedback, don't be discouraged from bidding. I just want to see that you are not a scammer or someone with nothing better to do than place a bid without any intention of buying.

The scout must be picked up within 7 days of auction end and shipping is the buyers responsibility. I am willing to meet a shipping company within a short distance of my house to make pickup easier. If you are having trouble arranging shipping I may elect to give you a little more time but this is my option and not a requirement. This vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. It's your responsibility to research registration and title transfer in your area before bidding. The truck has a clean Tennessee title in my name.
