Up for sale is a 1970 800a.  The factory motor and trans was removed and replaced with a Nissan SD 33 NA 6 cylinder diesel, 727 automatic transmisson, and a Dana 300 transfercase.  The Scout also has the following installed.  Hydroboost brakes, Power steering , Stainless steel braided brake hoses,  New exhaust, The factory front axle was removed and replaced with a Scout II dana 30 with disc brakes. The factory saddle tanks were removed and a custom 28 gallon aluminum fuel tank installed between the rear frame rails.  The paint is about 2 years old.  The original seats recovered, and the interior sprayed with blue tinted bedliner.  This Scout is a blast to drive.  It never fails to turn heads, and gets a modest 26 miles per gallon while doing it. The Scout is a driver and the paint does have a few dings and scratches , but nothing I would consider abnormal for a vehicle that is used regularly. I will also include a set of doors that will need to be painted with the sale. The Scout is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early.
