 1970 International Scout 800A. THIS SCOUT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I trailered it up from the USA and was told it originally came from Arizona, so it probably has not seen a winter in it's life. The paint finish is excellent. There are no signs of rust. Body of truck is damage free and seems all original. Underside is very clean. This Scout is stored indoors in winter or when not being driven. After each winter, it starts up without any problems (as an old truck needs to be started up after a few tries with a few pedal pumps of gas and the choke on).  NEW TO THE TRUCK: STEREO, FUEL TANKS & SYSTEM, VOLTAGE REGULATOR, BRAKES, CARBURATOR (plus a newly rebuilt carb in box as spare to come with it), FUEL GAUGE, TRAIL CUTTER TIRES WITH CUSTOM EAGLE RIMS (with spare mounted on back tailgate), CHECKER PLATE LOCK BOX IN BACK FOR STORAGE. There has been a lot done to make this run right and drive great. Dash was re-wired. New fuel sending units and new gas gauge. There are dual gas tanks (new) with the ability to switch on the fly between them with a switch on the dash to show fuel capacity for each tank. The checker plate lock box is mounted and bolted into frame so it won't shift or shake. Mechanically it runs great. It drives great! I get compliments and people ask me questions wherever I go. EVERYTHING WORKS EXCEPT FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING (which you shouldn't need with the top off). The seats are in excellent condition too. (the pictures show the seats with covers on them and they are 2 different colors but the interior is all matching black). There is a hard cover roof top which is in good condition (the interior roof panels need new padding and material)- white in colour. I always wanted one of these trucks and was super excited to have found this one. I still love it. Asking $22,000.00 CDN. I will require a deposit to secure it before sale ends. Payment upon pick-up.
