We sell salvage/damaged, storm water damaged, recovered theft, and impounded vehicles so there is nothing to hide, what you see is what you get.   It is safe to assume that some vehicles have frame damage, that the vehicle currently or previously had frame or unibody damage, or repair reported by an auction agency.  If you are a cry baby or not sure of what you are doing, please do not bid. Don’t represent yourself as a car dealer if you are not. Some of our vehicles are wrecked and need major repair work. If you are not sure what the vehicle is worth, please do not bid. The auction is listed for 5 days so you can do all necessary homework before bidding. If you bid too much for the vehicle, don’t come crying to us later. We don’t force anyone to bid. If this is you, please don’t bid. To avoid these and other problems simply come and view the vehicle. If you can’t, then use your common sense.

Some damaged parts may have been re-secured to the vehicle for safety and/or shipping reasons. This should not affect the description of damage. Most vehicles run and yard drive, but ask to be sure.  This means that at the time the vehicle was listed for sale, it either was jump started, could be put in gear, or was capable of moving under it’s own power.

The sale of this vehicle is “as is salvage” and is considered a FINAL SALE.  This vehicle may need extensive repairs and is classified as a “salvage vehicle” with no guarantees or warrantees on condition of salvage or its parts. The purchaser understands that (s) he is buying a salvage vehicle, which is presently unsuitable for operation on public highways. The buyer is aware that this vehicle’s title may be branded “rebuilt” or “salvage” once repaired...this depends on the laws of the titling jurisdiction.

Please be aware that frequently misleading information is provided by vehicle history reporting companies. Common misleading information on reports includes, major title issues found, special use vehicle, and loan or lien.

In order to clear up any misconceptions, please read the following:

1. Mack USA Auto Corp. DOES NOT sell special use vehicles for example: rental cars, police or fire vehicles,  and/or taxis.

2. All vehicles offered for sale are owned by Mack USA Auto Corp.

3. All vehicles offered for sale have a valid rebuildable Salvage Certificate or valid rebuildable salvage title  showing Mack USA Auto Corp. as the legal owner.

4. We certify that any and all liens or encumbrances have been satisfied before vehicle is offered for sale.

SHIPPING: The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements.
