2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe Black 6 Speed 71k Sharp Car 3.5l Rebuilt Title on 2040-cars
West Palm Beach, Florida, United States
PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW! 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe. 71,000 miles. Sharp car and fun to drive. Drives straight, handles and tracks well. Runs well, sounds tough. Quite responsive. V6 engine. Rear wheel drive. 6 Speed, Manual transmission that shifts well. Brembo brakes all around. Nearly new 18” tires all around. Sunroof Halo headlights No shaking or wandering. Fully optioned car, Windows, dual power seats, locks, all the creature comforts. The leather interior is nice; the seats have some wear in
the corners and a seam in the driver’s seats lower section has come undone
(Pictured). Carpet is in good shape, drivers side floor mat is worn. Car doesn’t appear to have ever been smoked in. Dash, console and door panels are in good shape. There are some scratches and dings consistent with what would be
expected on a 10 year old vehicle. Car comes with 1 key and 1 clicker. IMPORTANT
PART, READ THIS TWICE! The car was in a rear end collision in March of 2010, mileage at
this time was 51059. From what I understand from the Carfax, this impact pushed it into the
vehicle that was in front of it thus resulting in damage to both ends of the
car. The insurance company declared the car a loss and sold as a
“Rebuilt/salvage” vehicle. The car was repaired in Louisiana (I have no information on who performed
the repair) and issued a “Rebuilt/salvage” title. The accident and repair as
near as I can tell from the Carfax all occurred around March and April of 2010 Since repaired, the car has been driven approximately 20,000 miles.
The car appears to have had a complete repaint. There are some spidered paint areas on both the rear and front
bumpers as well as the hood. The rear bumper has some paint chipped off which
was touched up (pictured), the hoods spidered areas are near the front that’s
about 12” wide (pictured) and a smaller area near the windshield. The areas do
not show up well in photographs, but they are there. Some of the black matte finish trim could use a touch up (some,
but not all Pictured), along the windows and roof. There are obvious signs of accident damage and repair inside the
trunk (pictured). The “airbag” light is illuminated on the dash. Every now and then the “Low tire pressure” light will come on, but
it lies. The stereo seems to lose signal sometimes, I think it’s an antenna
issue, not sure. The plastic cover that is on top of the engine has a crack in it. I have listed this car for a friend who purchased it a little over a year ago. He was unaware at that time as to what was meant by a vehicle having a “rebuilt” title and had paid pretty much retail for the car. He asked me to assist him with selling this car, not because of any vehicular issues, but because he wishes to purchase a larger (and probably a somewhat boring) car for he and his family. REALLY
IMPORTANT PART, READ THIS THREE TIMES! In order for a vehicle that is branded
with a “rebuilt/salvage” title to be registered in Florida, the DMV will do an
inspection to verify that it is safe to drive. HOWEVER, keep in mind that this is the Florida DMV doing the inspection! I very strongly suggest that the potential bidder/buyer either inspect this car themselves or arrange for someone to do so on their behalf. I wish for no one purchasing this car to feel as if they have been slighted, or that the car was misrepresented in any way. The car is currently registered and if need be, I’m
willing to take it someplace (buyers choice) within the local vicinity of West
Palm Beach FL 33411 for an inspection at the potential buyers cost. I myself prior to purchasing a vehicle
titled as “rebuilt” would have it thoroughly inspected, and I would expect
someone who is considering purchasing this vehicle to do the same. An inspection protects and gives both the
buyer and the seller piece of mind. If the potential buyer has the car
inspected and then purchases the car, we’ll deduct the cost of the inspection
from the final auction price of the car. If the “Buy it now” auction option is
used by the winning bidder, a $500.00 deposit is required at that time. When the
buyer arrives to get the car, and upon inspection they are dissatisfied with
it, we will refund the deposit minus the eBay and paypal fees. If the car is purchased and the buyer picks
up or has the car shipped and not had it first inspected as I’ve suggested and then
for whatever reason is dissatisfied with the car, there will be nothing that I
can do. Once the title has been handed over or sent to the buyer, the car then
belongs to them. I'm not trying to scare anyone away from
this car, I just want any potential buyers to be aware of the current issues
listed above and understand that this car was wrecked and then repaired. I am
not a mechanic or a body repairman, I have stated what I have observed when
looking over and driving the car around a bit. We have purchased a Carfax for this car
and can forward a copy of it to any interested parties if I’m provided with an
email address to send it to. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to shoot me an email or give me a ring. 561-909-5935 Thanks, William |

Infiniti QX30 Concept is ready to join the compact crossover fray
Mon, Mar 2 2015Today, the compact crossover market is an automotive Klondike. Automakers are scrambling to stake their claim on an increasingly segmented, increasingly valuable landscape. That's especially true in the premium market, where every Audi Q3, BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, Lexus NX and Buick Encore sold takes up a piece of market share that requires a great deal of effort for another automaker, in this case Infiniti, to reclaim. That makes the new QX30 Concept, debuting this week at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, an extremely important vehicle for the Nissan-owned brand. The QX30 Concept has already been "earmarked for production" and will be launched next year, according to Infiniti. When that happens, we'll see a compact CUV with toned down styling from the vehicle shown here, much like the upcoming Q30 production model. It's fair to say the looks of the QX30 are in direct opposition to those of the aforementioned Lexus NX. Where that car is sharp and angular, Infiniti's designers emphasized the "spontaneous and fluid" look of the new concept. Infiniti's most recent, Q50-inspired design language works nicely in a compact CUV form factor. The double-arch grille and its flanking headlights give the QX30 a refined, almost predatory look. That, as it turns out, is intentional. "The Q30 Concept was like a panther, lithe and slender. We transformed the QX30 Concept into a mountain lion, strong and muscular," Infiniti's Executive Design Director Alfonso Albaisa said in a statement. The strong, wavy character lines in the profile lead into the short, chopped rear overhangs. Above the beltline, the rear window is raked forward aggressively, lending the QX30 a coupe-like profile. In the cabin, we can already see the makings of a production car's interior, with two strong material choices – dark brown and blue leather – highlighting the dash. On the concept, purple accent lighting is emitted from the center stack's controls, while the violet shade carries over into what looks like a digital instrument cluster and the speaker surrounds in the doors. Sections of quilted leather on the seats, meanwhile, look very nice, but we doubt they will make it to production on what is ultimately going to be a reasonably priced vehicle.
Infiniti's Palmer announces QX30 small crossover production
Mon, 30 Jun 2014The name of the game these days in the luxury marketplace is premium compacts. BMW has the 1 Series and 2 Series, Mercedes the A-Class, B-Class, CLA and GLA, Audi has the A1 and A3, even Lexus has the CT 200h. Among the last to get in on the action is Infiniti, but that's all about to change.
Nissan's luxury brand has been working towards a premium compact for some time, revealing the Q30 concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year and signing a new deal with Daimler to help develop and produce it. Now it seems that both it and a crossover version have been approved for production.
The news comes from Andy Palmer, Nissan's UK-based COO, chairman of Infiniti and one of the company's top executives under CEO Carlos Ghosn. Late last week Palmer tweeted the following:
Porsche tops J.D. Power quality index as Korean brands soar
Thu, Jun 18 2015While complaints about infotainment systems remain a thorn in the side of automakers for J.D. Power's annual Initial Quality Study, there's a lot to celebrate this year. The average number of problems reported per 100 vehicles fell to 112 in 2015 – a three-percent improvement compared to 116 in 2014. The results of this year's survey are based on the responses of over 84,000 people about problems within the first 90 days of buying or leasing a 2015 model-year vehicle. For the third consecutive year, Porsche tops the rankings with an average of 80 problems per 100 vehicles. Although, that's slightly more than the 74 the German sportscar maker scored in 2014. "While the Japanese automakers continue to make improvements, we're seeing other brands, most notably Korean makes, really accelerating the rate of improvement," Renee Stephens, vice president of US automotive quality at J.D. Power, said in the study's release. In fact, Kia ranks as one of the biggest movers in this year's list. The Korean brand jumped to second place from seventh last year. The company had an average of 86 problems per 100 vehicles, a 20-point improvement. Third place went to Jaguar with an average of 93 problems reported, versus last year's second-place finish with 87 of them. Fourth place was Hyundai, and fifth-place Infiniti also earned a gold star for improvement with 97 issues per 100 vehicles – 31-points better than last year. Fiat still anchored the bottom of the list. However, its 161 problems this year is a lot better than the 206 in 2014. Ranked by nationality, Korean brands (Hyundai and Kia) are now leading the industry in initial quality with an average of 90 problems reported per 100 vehicles. According to J.D. Power, this is the first time Europe's figure beat Japan with 113 and 114 issues, respectively. The American brands also averaged 114. Whereas General Motors dominated last year, the segment awards are spread out in 2015. GM, Hyundai, Nissan, and Volkswagen Group are all tied with four models each earning prizes. For more information, you can also see all of the graphs, here. J.D.
