luxury crossover that is a perfect performance vehicle that combines the
versatility of both a sport car and SUV genetics. This 2009 Infiniti FX35 is
tastefully loaded with the unique features that many other FX’s are not
equipped with in this condition inside and out. I am selling the 2009 Infiniti FX35 which is adult owned during its course of its life. This is FX35 is in mint condition and is a southern car that has been garage kept and hand washed since I’ve owned it. All of the services have been conducted at Infiniti of Marietta, so feel free to give the service department a call to inquire about the health of the vehicle if you’d like. This vehicle is probably one of the cleanest FX35’s that you will find for sale anywhere in southeast, and will not last long given that unique amenities and amazing condition. I believe the vehicle is still under factory motor/tranny warranty with Infiniti, however the buyer is responsible in verifying this information. No stories like other FX’s, and you must see it to
appreciate the condition of the vehicle. I am setting the RESERVE at reasonable
marker by following what both Kelly Blue Book and NADA have listed the vehicle

Once the payment has been made the Seller will be required to make payment for
the balance of the purchase price to the Seller in the following formats; cash
or bank certified check ONLY. I would prefer the transaction to take place at
my local bank, however if you are unable to make the transaction in person, I
will require the buyer to send the remaining balance of the payment (bank certified
check) sent me overnight via Fedex/UPS with tracking information. If payment is going to be made by certified
bank check I will not release the title until the following; (1) my local bank verifies
check amount is sufficient in buyers account 2) bank certified check clears
buyers account
The vehicle is posted for sale locally, and I have the right
to cancel the auction at any time for whatever reason. I encourage serious buyers to look at the

Infiniti darkens down QX70S Design for Paris debut
Fri, 12 Sep 2014Dig the Infiniti QX70 but wish it were just a touch more low-key? Infiniti will have the answer at the fast-approaching Paris Motor Show, where it will launch the QX70S Design.
Based on the vehicle erstwhile known as the FX, the QX70S Design gets dark chrome all over: on the grille, foglight surrounds, side air vents, side sills and license plate surround. The headlights are smoked and the 21-inch six-spoke wheels, roof rails and mirror caps are painted black.
The darkened treatment continues inside with black lacquer trim and black leather with purple stitching. The S Design otherwise gets all the equipment of the S Premium model. It goes on sale in Europe right after its debut in Paris, and while we're told this trim isn't planned for the North American market, there's no telling what the future will hold.
Infiniti recalls Q50 and Q70 Hybrid models
Tue, 04 Nov 2014Infiniti is issuing three separate recalls for its Q50 Hybrid and Q70 Hybrid and M35 Hybrid covering roughly 13,794 vehicles in North America.
The larger campaign listed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration covers 5,831 examples of its 2014 Q50 Hybrid (shown above) and 2014 Q70 Hybrid in North America, with 5,412 of those in the US and its territories. According to NHTSA, "due to a software error, the electric motor may stop working while the vehicle is being driven using the electric motor only," creating a "stall-like condition." To fix the fault, the company is reprogramming the motor inverter software, and owners should be contacted in mid-November.
The second recall covers just 890 2014 Q50 Hybrid and 2014 Q70 Hybrid models in North America, with 817 of those residing in the US. It's possible that their transmission housings were damaged during manufacturing, and on affected models, the housing could have a crack that might fracture while driving. Dealers will inspect the transmission and faulty examples will be replaced.
Nissan Rogue, Pathfinder and Infiniti QX60 recalled for loose lug nuts
Wed, 04 Jun 2014Nissan has announced a small recall affecting 334 vehicles built just a few months back. 2014 Nissan Rogue and Pathfinder and 2014 Infiniti QX60 CUVs built between March 7 and March 10, 2014 could be susceptible to a loose lug nut on the passenger side wheels.
We shouldn't have to explain why a loose lug is a bit of an issue. Thankfully, it's also a ridiculously easy fix. Nissan obviously recommends reporting to your local dealer - and it will begin notifying owners of affected vehicles - but this is one of those rare recalls that has an easy DIY element to it.
