2005 Infiniti FX45 - THIS IS A LOADED CAR WITH ALL THE OPTIONS. I recently purchased this as a third car for my step son and now realize we do not need it. His dad ended up buying him a car! It is in excellent condition. I recently did the following maintenance:
As you can see this car will need nothing, it should last a long time. It is in great shape with normal interior leather wear, in fact the previous owner had the faded dashboard replaced by Infiniti under warranty. Exterior has a few minor marks but over all this car is amazing for the year and mileage. Car fax shows an accident a while back but the police office I bought the car from me assures me it was a minor bumper tap that got reported. Feel free to have the car inspected but I do not see and major signs of previous damage. The dashboard was replaced due to a factory recall so it looks like new! The old ones had a peeling issue and this recall is well documented. This car has the Viper Smart Start which can start you car via the internet from anywhere, it can also track you car and set notification limits on speed and location etc. It can text you when car battery is low and when alarm has been triggered. |

2014 Infiniti Q50 configurator comes alive
Tue, 02 Apr 2013The G37-replacing 2014 Infiniti Q50 sport sedan launches in the not-too-distant future, and for those curious about how pricing and packages will shake out, the car's official online configurator has been launched. Here, you can build the Q50 or Q50 Hybrid of your dreams, with the cost of entry starting at $36,450 (plus $905 for destination).
Selecting the hybrid model adds $7,250 to that bottom line - mostly because the gasoline-electric version is only available in the Premium trim and higher, while the gas-only Q50 comes in a base guise. Adding all-wheel drive, which Infiniti has made available with either engine and on all trims, will set you back $1,800.
There are a number of packages available across the trims, including a $1,400 navigation pack that includes a spare tire kit, a deluxe touring pack that costs $4,700 (and includes the navigation goodies), and the upper-crust $7,900 technology package which gets you, well, everything. Put that all together on a Venetian Ruby Q50 RWD Sport like we did, and you're looking at $51,755 when destination has been added.
At long last, Infiniti plans a production EV
Thu, Sep 21 2017After years of false starts, it appears that Nissan's Infiniti division will finally launch a production electric car in 2019 and debut it as a concept in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Details at this point are scant, but Infiniti Executive Design Director Alfonsa Albaisa told Autocar the EV would be an all-new electric-only vehicle based on a new platform. Citing the company's grand prix-inspired Prototype 9 racecar concept that was shown a few weeks ago at Pebble Beach, Albaisa said consumers would see "parts of the car in a different context" on the concept EV. The Prototype 9's all-electric powertrain was developed by parent company Nissan's Advanced Powertrain Department. The last we saw of any electric offering from Infiniti was way back in 2012 with the LE Concept sedan, which was supposed to show up in dealerships two years later. Those plans were initially postponed in 2013 and then again in 2015 amid doubts over EV sales projections and larger concerns over boosting overall Infiniti sales. The LE had a 24 kWh lithium-ion battery pack paired with a 100 kilowatt electric motor delivering 134 horsepower and 240 pound-feet of torque. Sebastien Vettel testing Infiniti's production Etherea?
Thu, 30 May 2013It sounds like Sebastian Vettel has had his hands full recently, juggling his Formula One racing career while moonlighting as the newly appointed director of performance at Infiniti. On that latter note, Autocar is reporting that Vettel has been testing a production version of the Etherea Concept at France's Circuit Paul Ricard.
There is still no word as to when we could see this car go into production or what it will be called (possibly the Q30), but it will likely share a platform with the Mercedes-Benz A-Class as a part of the Daimler/Renault-Nissan collaboration. The article also said that this future entry-level Infiniti would be produced at Nissan's Sunderland, UK plant.
