This vehicle was purchased at Hyundai of Greer with a 10-year warranty from starting from June 2009. There are no reported dents, scratches or any wear and tear on the outside of the vehicle. The interior is clean with beige suede seats with a minor cut in driver's side on the side of the seat.The car is in excellent condition to be a used vehicle and has been kept up really well with up to date oil changes and overall maintenance of the vehicle. Well-equipped ventilation system, mechanics, etc. I would love it if someone could take these payments off my hands so that I can save more money getting a smaller vehicle since it's just myself I'm taking care of. The payments are right at $439.03 with 21 months left to pay it off totaling to $9300. The vehicle is registered in my aunt's name, so we would arrange for her to sign over the contract of the vehicle to whomever is interested. I am asking for a security deposit of $3100 in CASH ONLY, NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS with no refund and then payments will be spread out for the remainder of the cost. Deposits are final because then I would know that the deal is legitimate. Then, it will be signed over to the buyer. The vehicle will be at my home for buyer pick up.

Hyundai and Rhys Millen reunite, will return to Pikes Peak with new RWD racer, Genesis Coupe
Tue, 15 Jan 2013Last September, Hyundai confirmed that it was exiting all of its motorsports programs in North America. That left Rhys Millen Racing without a title sponsor for its Formula Drift and Global RallyCross Championship series challengers. It also looked to have meant the end of a partnership that last year resulted in a record-setting run at Pikes Peak when Rhys Millen established the new benchmark for a run up the Colorado mountain in a production-based race car.
Hyundai clarified that September report by saying it was "reconsidering our continued involvement in Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, having achieved the world record in a Hyundai Genesis Coupe this year." The return is official, with Hyundai saying it is going back to the peak with Millen and two cars, one of them a "purpose-built unlimited class rear-drive," the other being the Hyundai Genesis Coupe-based racer that set last year's record in the time attack two-wheel-drive class.
Hyundai wants to show off the strength of its engineering, so the unlimited car will have something like 900 horsepower and 800 pound-feet of torque while using the production block, cylinder heads, bearings and accessories of its Lambda V6 engine. Hyundai to fight $248M judgment over fatal Montana crash
Fri, 16 May 2014A Montana jury has levied a $248 million ruling against Hyundai in the case of a crash that killed two occupants in July 2011. The automaker plans to appeal the ruling.
Cousins Trevor and Tanner Olson were driving a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon when they hit another vehicle head-on. According to lawyers representing their family, the steering knuckle on the car cracked and this allegedly caused it to lose control. Hyundai claimed that fireworks had been let off inside the vehicle, which caused the driver to swerve. The company alleges that evidence that could have proved its innocence was barred from the case.
The jury found in favor of the family and awarded them about $8 million in damages after a two-week trial. It claimed that Hyundai had shown "actual malice," according to Reuters. The jurors also slammed Hyundai with a further $240 million in punitive damages.
Next Hyundai Genesis caught shooting through the snow... with all-wheel drive?
Tue, 26 Feb 2013Hyundai is still working on getting its next-generation Genesis sedan ready for production, and while these spy shots don't reveal much more of the car's new design than what we saw back in December, our spy photographer did manage to catch an important detail being added to the big sedan. In addition to its rumored 10-speed automatic transmission, it looks like the new Genesis could get an all-wheel drive system based on a sticker in the rear window that says "4WD AT." This would make sense, too, as the car was caught testing in snowy and icy Northern Sweden.
Another new element of the car visible in these pictures is our first look at the car with its LED headlights illuminated giving the front end a more upscale and dynamic look. In terms of its overall appearance, the new Genesis is expected to take some design elements from the HCD-14 Genesis Concept that Hyundai revealed last month at the Detroit Auto Show. There is still no official word, though, as to when we may see the new Genesis unveiled.
