My name is Mike and I can be reached at 239-895-3962
Driven carefully about 12,000 miles a year by an
older
couple, this vehicle must have been "Garage" kept
and never smoked in
based on its "pristine" condition inside and out!
Now with 100,741 miles and oh so nice to have a 3.3L
V6 engine with a timing "Chain" not a
belt that never has to be replaced!
Dual
exhaust
Door edge guards
Wheel lip molding
Safety inspected and oil just changed and again powered by
Hyundai's Timing Chain driven 3.3L V6 engine. Produces 235
horsepower,
WOW! and still yields an economical 20 combined and 27 MPG's on
the
highway according to fueleconomy.gov.
You can tell this vehicle was
well taken care of because the previous owner put on
a nice set of
Michelin Pilot tires which cost about $800.
ABS brakes
17" alloy wheels
Traction
control
With the nice Michelin tires you get no road noise or front end
clatter.
Custom accent stripe
Fog lights plus many more options!
Loaded with lots of options

Can't find a reason why you wouldn't
want this gorgeous vehicle if the price is right
and it is. Comparable
models are advertised online for a low of $7990
and a high of about
$10,000. Plus if you buy from a "Dealer" you may
pay an extra
$500-$1000 in what they call a "Dealer Fee",
plus it's taxable!
We don't have them and we don't believe in them!
Both
keys and remotes included
So to make this easy I will give you the best price right up
front which is $6990
and "NO EXTRA DEALER FEES"!!!!!!!!
If you have any questions call me right now
at (239) 895-3962 and "I WILL ANSWER" or call right back.

Hyundai no longer has to pay $248 million as part of a court ruling from a fatal accident in Montana that killed two cousins in a 2005 Tiburon. The judge hearing the appeal revised the amount down to a total of about $81 million. She upheld the original $8.1 million in actual damages but reduced the punitive damages to $73 million from the previous $240 million.
According to Bloomberg, the judge refused Hyundai's desire to reduce the amount even further. She said in her court order that the company showed "an indifference to or reckless disregard of the health and safety of the motoring public."
In the original case, the families' attorneys alleged that the cracking of a faulty steering knuckle caused the fatal accident. Hyundai argued that fireworks had been let off inside the vehicle, which caused the driver to swerve and crash. In a statement released after the ruling, the automaker claimed that evidence supporting its defense was barred from the trial. According to Bloomberg, had the original amount of damages been upheld, it would have been the sixth-highest amount awarded by a jury in the US this year.

Hyundai is still working on getting its next-generation Genesis sedan ready for production, and while these spy shots don't reveal much more of the car's new design than what we saw back in December, our spy photographer did manage to catch an important detail being added to the big sedan. In addition to its rumored 10-speed automatic transmission, it looks like the new Genesis could get an all-wheel drive system based on a sticker in the rear window that says "4WD AT." This would make sense, too, as the car was caught testing in snowy and icy Northern Sweden.
Another new element of the car visible in these pictures is our first look at the car with its LED headlights illuminated giving the front end a more upscale and dynamic look. In terms of its overall appearance, the new Genesis is expected to take some design elements from the HCD-14 Genesis Concept that Hyundai revealed last month at the Detroit Auto Show. There is still no official word, though, as to when we may see the new Genesis unveiled.

South Korea is a longstanding American ally, but President Donald Trump has spoken harshly about U.S. trade imbalances and threatened to tear up the bilateral trade pact. "We will do more to remove barriers to reciprocal trade and market access," Trump said, adding that the two leaders had talked about the thorny trade areas of steel and autos. Trump said he was encouraged by South Korea's President Moon Jae-in's assurances that he would seek a level playing field for American workers and businesses, particularly automakers. A joint statement said the two sides had agreed to work together to reduce over supply of basic materials such as steel and non-tariff barriers. It also said Trump had accepted an invitation from Moon to visit South Korea this year. Bonnie Glaser, senior adviser for Asia at the Center for Strategic and International Studies think tank, said it was unwise for Trump to air the trade issue so publicly. "Public complaints by Trump about unfair trade and inadequate defense spending provide opportunities for China and North Korea to drive a wedge between the allies," she said. The U.S. goods trade deficit with South Korea has more than doubled since the U.S.-Korea free trade pact known as KORUS took effect in 2012. The agreement was forecast to boost U.S. exports by $10 billion a year, but in 2016 they were $3 billion lower than in 2011. At the start of Friday's talks, U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said the largest component of the deficit was automotive trade and many non-tariff barriers to U.S. auto exports to South Korea remained. "I think the way to address it is to deal product by product with what we can do to change the export side and what we can do to reduce the bad imports side," he said. Ross said later on Friday that some progress had been made in the talks. The current pact was agreed to despite protests by supporters of Moon, who was then in opposition. But analysts have suggested that given the need to preserve a unified front in the face of a hostile North Korea, there could be compromise on both sides to resolve issues.
