Like New, 16,740 Miles, Original Owner. 274 Hp And Fuel Efficient. Perfect. on 2040-cars
Mountlake Terrace, Washington, United States
I am selling my 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE 2.0T. It has the 2.0 liter turbo charged engine putting out 274 horsepower. I am the original owner and have the clean title in hand. Car is paid off so there is no need to take over payments or anything. The car has been extremely well maintained and all service/maintenance has been performed by Hyundai. The reason I am selling this car is because I am in the need of a larger vehicle due to a growing family. This car has extremely low miles at 16,730 (at the time of this listing). There are several options in this car and lots of extras as well.
The body is in excellent shape. No accidents, clean history. The interior has no scuffs, tears, or fades. I have kept it very, very clean. It was just recently professionally detailed. There is some curb rash on the rims (see pictures) but other than that everything is in absolutely perfect condition. The car drives like it's brand new and with such low mileage, that is to be expected. I average 34 mpg on the highway and 23 in the city. Great power when you need it and excellent fuel efficiency. Also, the car is still under factory warranty. 5yr/60,000 mile bumper to bumper and 10yr/100,000 powertrain warranty. Some extras:
I really don't want to see this car go, but like I said due to a growing family we need a bigger vehicle. I am a very trustworthy seller on eBay, you can take a look at my feedback rating for that. Finances MUST be taken care of before purchasing the vehicle. |

Hyundai in trouble for overstating fuel economy numbers at home, too
Sat, 28 Jun 2014
Hyundai is, understandably, "very confused by the fine and the different results."
The South Korean government is investigating Hyundai and Ssangyong, alleging that the two manufacturers overstated the fuel economy figures on some of their crossovers. But while the initial investigation is being carried out by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a separate branch of government, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy is supporting the manufacturers' estimates. See Americans, our government isn't the only dysfunctional one.
Hyundai mulling new small CUV under Tucson
Wed, 17 Jul 2013Hyundai maintains it can barely build enough of its core models to satisfy North American consumers, but that doesn't mean it isn't keen to expand its offerings to capture developing segments of the market. According to Edmunds, one of those expanding niches could be the burgeoning subcompact crossover segment. The website quotes Hyundai North America president and CEO John Krafcik as acknowledging his company is "very under-represented" in crossovers, the market's hottest vehicle type.
With the discontinuation of the Veracruz, Hyundai is down to two CUV nameplates, Tucson (pictured) and Santa Fe, the latter of which covers two segments with a two-row Sport and long-wheelbase three-row model. And while Hyundai commands seven percent of the US sedan market, the company estimates it only has two percent of the truck segment.
And while Krafcik stops short of confirming a new model, he acknowledges "a new segment is emerging" underneath the Tucson and says, "I think it's something to look at." At the moment, the subcompact softroader segment remains small and somewhat amorphous, with tiny CUV offerings like the Buick Encore, Nissan Juke, and now-discontinued Suzuki SX4 illustrating that there are a lot of different ways to package and market such a vehicle.
Recharge Wrap-up: Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell logs moon-worthy mileage, Kolle makes Renault Kangoo ZE pickup
Thu, Feb 26 2015A French company called Kolle has made a pickup truck version of the Renault Kangoo ZE. The converted version of the electric van retains the same battery and drivetrain, offering a range of 106 miles, plus a bit more utility without the restraints of a roof over the cargo area. The tailgate is separated into two hinged doors, which swing open to the side for loading and unloading. Payload is about 1,433 pounds. The price is about $16,400, which includes incentives, but not the price of the battery. Read more at Inside EVs, and get more details at the Kolle website. Drivers in southern California have put enough cumulative miles on the Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell to reach the moon. The hydrogen-powered crossover recently surpassed a combined 238,900 miles, which is the average distance from Earth to the moon. Mileage and other helpful information is gathered from participating owners periodically. "Surpassing this fundamental stellar threshold gives us a glimpse into the unlimited zero-emissions potential for Hyundai fuel cells," says Hyundai's Mike O'Brien. "If a small fleet of hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicles can accumulate this kind of mileage in just a few short months, one can only imagine the potential for a zero-emissions hydrogen vehicle future." Cliff Ricketts, an agribusiness and agriscience professor at Tennessee State University, originally began the trip in November, running on biodiesel made from chicken fat. The 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit pickup's transmission broke near Kansas City, cutting short the trip between Key West, Florida and Seattle, Washington. With the truck repaired, he hopes to make the 3,550-mile trip next month. During his earlier attempt, though, Ricketts logged fuel economy ranging from 36 to more than 45 miles per gallon.
