Registered & Legit Sale by Private Seller in Arizona

Remember buying from a private seller like me means NO sales tax or any other bogus fees that dealers will stick you for on top of their sale price!

This is one seriously tricked out bagged Hummer.  It is my own personal vehicle that I truly love and care for, I know virtually every inch of this truck.  I am not a dealer!  I am only selling this because this truck has been driven less than 80 actual miles, yes 80, since 2008 and is simply taking up space and costing me insurance premiums every month.  We had twins 20 months ago, so that put a damper on my project, pulled the truck out of the garage 10 feet last year so I could vacuum the garage, then drove it back in, and drove it one time 2 yrs ago when my wife and I took it on our anniversary dinner.  I don't keep a battery connected anymore and do my warranty exchange at Costco every 2 years for a new one just so the 2yr free replacement doesn't run out.  My wife is due for our 4th child April 20th, and I can't imagine having time to play with it so hence the sale now.

Air Bagged rear suspension with massive upgraded front suspension.  I got rid of the stock rear air ride that was lame, and had a shop professionally install a heavy duty rear air ride that lifts up huge, even bigger than in the photos, and it can pancake all the way down to the top of the rear tires.  It's about a 14" adjustable ride with the flip of a switch.  In the pics of the truck where the rear faces you is pretty much maxed out to the highest height, other pics is about where I would normally drive it, but you can drop it quite a bit more or just all the way down.  My bill was $4,000 for this option and the air horns.  You can drop your little kid off at school without him falling out from too high, or go through the drive-thru and with the flip of a switch, lay the suspension down to make it easier to get in/out of, or pick up grandma in it and then lift it back up, own the road with it all lifted up, or adjust your towed load with these super heavy duty air bags to keep your trailer level.  This murdered-out H2 is a unique ride and a total head turner.  It comes with 3 air powered full-sized train horns, guaranteed to scare the dookie out of any bad deserving driver out there.  I promise you this is loud as hell and will shake your intestines.  Stock horn is still functional on steering wheel, train horn is located under a red safety switch so you don’t give yourself a stroke or go poopy in your underpants.

I would sell this vehicle to my own family member.  I have been paying for the registration and the insurance on it when I could be putting that money toward other things that are more of a priority in my life right now.  Bid with confidence, just look at my feedback.  I have sold many 20K and up custom cars and bikes to very satisfied people over the years.  If you have any questions about the purchase of the Hummer, just call me at my home number 520-575-2825

Serious buyers only please.  Real sellers have phone numbers, Real Buyers have phones.  Mine is 520-575-2825 or email me through eBay.

This is a gorgeous truck in exceptional shape.  Although I will be sad to see it go, I will be happy to see it go to someone that will enjoy it.  If you need this car shipped,  I know of a transport company that is very affordable and reliable that can deliver it to your door without any worry or concern within the US or Canada.  I will not help with the cost of it, but I can help make those arrangements and make sure the car gets on the transporter with TLC.  Thank you.  Good Luck.

These were our favorite cars of 2022

Tue, Dec 20 2022

Favorite cars is different than best cars. The idea of "best" can speak to value and overall competitiveness in a given vehicle segment. There's lots of objectivity involved and to do a "best" list right, one really must be very thorough and as scientific as possible. This is not that list. This is about our favorites, so objectivity be damned. If we liked a Challenger Hellcat because it made loud noises or a Honda Odyssey because it made for a particularly special family vacation, fair game. These were the cars that most spoke to our collection of editors and the ones that stayed in our minds and hung in our hearts long after they left our driveway. — Senior Editor James Riswick 2022 GMC Hummer EV Senior Editor, Green, John Beltz Snyder: I didn't particularly expect to like the new Hummer. I wasn't a fan of the Hummer H2 or H3, so I wasn't automatically enthusiastic about this electric reboot. Fast EVs aren't hard to come by — and, in fact, may be too easy to come by — so its performance specs weren't enough to win me over. Despite videos to the contrary, pickups aren't my favorite vehicular format. And its excessive size and weight turned me off ... until I finally got behind the wheel.  This thing is wildly entertaining to drive. Watts to Freedom launch control is a neat party trick, sure, but the novelty wears off quickly. The novelty of Crab Walk, however, has staying power. The rear-wheel steering makes this behemoth feel much smaller than it is — the maneuverability is incredible, and useful. The air suspension provides tons of clearance, including a ridiculously high-riding Extract mode. I can't wait for lesser versions of the Hummer to make their way to market. Give me less power (for less money), but keep the off-road tricks onboard, and I'll be a happy camper. Senior Editor, Consumer, Jeremy Korzeniewski: If I could afford to put one of these in my driveway, I would. Sadly, I can't, so I won't (What's that, Janet? I got the lyric wrong?). Still, I love the dumb thing. Thankfully, I have another choice down below. 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Associate Editor Byron Hurd: Yeah, duh, Porsches are good. But there's good, and then there's GT3. This is the feeling every performance-oriented RWD tuner is trying to replicate. This is hard, precise, surgical and immensely satisfying. To begin to explore this car on a public road is by itself an admission that you believe yourself to be above the rules as they apply to normal drivers.

Army's first surplus Humvee auction brings in $744,000

Thu, Dec 18 2014

The first public auction of surplus US Army Humvees has came and went, and to call it a rousing success would be a major understatement. Auctioneers IronPlanet Inc., unloaded 25 trucks on behalf of the Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency. Bidding started at a meager $10,000 for the privilege of driving home in America's most iconic military vehicle. With $744,000 changing hands, the average Humvee crossed the block for just under $30,000, while the highest winning bid was $41,000, for a 1994 vintage, and the lowest winning price was $21,500, Military.com reports. If those prices seem a smidge low, it's because they are. A quick check of AutoTrader revealed that, nationwide, the cheapest Hummer H1 was up for grabs for $31,300, while the most expensive, a 2006 H1 Alpha, was going for $149,995. Of course, there's a good reason you might want to consider the civilian model, as Military.com explains it. AM General, the Humvee's manufacturer, is pretty unequivocal on its website, saying, "The Humvee was designed for a military mission and was not designed to meet civilian safety standards." It gets worse, though. "AM General does not endorse nor support the sale of these military vehicles to the general public or private entities. AM General further opposes any use of these military vehicles by individuals or entities outside of the military context for which the vehicles are designed. AM General does not sell the military vehicle or service parts for the military vehicle to the general public." Somehow, though, we doubt that will stop those that are truly interested in the brutish military vehicle. The 25 Humvees sold in this first auction had simply been gathering dust at Utah's Hill Air Force Base, according to Military.com. Considering this auction's success, and the fact that there are apparently 4,000 more surplus Humvees sitting about, we doubt this will be the last time the military turns to auction houses to unload inventory. Cadillac CT6 production ceases January 2020 as part of D-Ham layoffs

Fri, Dec 6 2019

General Motors filed paperwork under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act with Michigan's Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity this week, detailing events to come at the automaker's Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly Plant. Starting February 28, 814 salaried and hourly workers at D-Ham, as its called, will be laid off. The 753 workers represented by the UAW will begin receiving offers in January to relocate to facilities in Michigan and Ohio, or buyout offers. As the 4-million-square-foot plant winds down through April 3 to a skeleton crew, the Cadillac CT6 ceases production in January 2020, and the last Chevrolet Impala comes off the line on February 28. The loss of the CT6 represents the end of Cadillac's latest brief, and highly regarded, adventure into flagship sedans. It might also mean the end of the 4.2-liter Blackwing twin-turbo V8 engine, at least for the moment. Both casualties are calamities. The death of the Impala closes the door on a nameplate in production for 52 years since 1957, having started off as a top-tier trim for the 1958 Bel Air known as the Bel Air Impala, once advertised with the line, "Lets you know you're the boss." As part of the new four-year labor agreement with the UAW, GM is keeping D-Ham open to build a new line of battery-electric vehicles, ultimately investing $3 billion and tripling employment to 2,225 workers when fully operational. The agreement described the coming EV as a "van" that would commence production in late 2021, but various reports say what's actually coming is a range of premium EVs in pickup and SUV bodystyles under the program codename BT1. The easy predictions put an electric GMC Sierra and Cadillac Escalade among the EV fold, but not until 2023, according to auto industry forecaster LMC Automotive. Before that, LMC claims an electric van will debut in late 2021, along with a battery-powered rebirth of the Hummer brand in pickup and SUV forms, also in late 2021.Â
