RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT, 5spd, I HAVE OWNED THIS FOR THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE ONLY HAD TO CHANGE THE OIL. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR AND SEARCHED FOR A LONG TIME TO FIND AND ORIGINAL SI, THAT HAD NOT BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT A LOT OF RUST.I AM GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE WHICH IS FORCING THE SALE OR I WOULD KEEP IT FOREVER. I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM AN OLDER GENTLEMAN WHO WAS A MECHANICAL ENGINEER WHO WAS ONLY SELLING IT BECAUSE HE WAS MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTRY. I AM NO MECHANIC BUT WILL TELL YOU WHAT I KNOW, THE ABS LIGHT COMES ON, HAS NEVER HAD ANY CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS, SOME RUST ON THE SUNROOF, A TINY AMOUNT STARTING ON THE WHEEL WELLS, A SMALL EXHAUST LEAK, DENT ON THE TRUNK AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE. CLEAR TITLE IN MY NAME, NO RESERVE.....FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED I MAY TAKE $1600 CASH....I ALSO HAVE IT LISTED LOCALLY. MY FEEDBACK IS GOOD AND I WILL CANCEL ANY BIDS FROM BUYERS WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. EMAIL ANY QUESTIONS, I DO NOT HAVE MORE PICTURES.

Honda gunning for world's longest Rose Parade float
Thu, 26 Dec 2013Honda has participated in the annual Rose Parade for the past 53 years and returns this year as the presenting sponsor for the fourth time running. But it's not satisfied merely putting its name on the event; Honda intends to lead from the front with what promises to be the longest float in the parade's long history.
The float, previewed in the rendering above, will measure 274 feet long, as tall as 30 feet high, as wide as 18 feet and weighing a whopping 50 tons with 8,980 flowers covering its surface. The train will be led by a locomotive designed to mimic the Acura NSX, with Asimo at the wheel. The second car in the train showcases a Honda engine, followed by a robotic arm, and, for the first time in the parade's history, a pair of 30-foot LED monitors displaying images of spectators lining the parade route. A caboose inspired by the Honda Jet will pick up the rear.
Oh, and in case you're wondering just who Honda will be knocking off the record books with its 274-foot train of roses, that would be... also Honda. The Japanese company set the record in 2005 with a 207-foot float. Scope out the details in the press release below and click the image above to view in high resolution.
Consumer Reports explains its disdain for infotainment
Thu, 20 Mar 2014One of the perks of reviewing all manner of cars and trucks is that we're exposed to all the different infotainment systems. Whether Cadillac's CUE, Chrysler's UConnect, BMW's iDrive or MyFord Touch, we sample each and every infotainment system on the market.
Not surprisingly, some are better than others. It seems consumers have come to a similar consensus, with Consumer Reports claiming that Ford and Lincoln, Cadillac and Honda offer the worst user infotainment experiences. Not surprisingly, you won't find much argument among the Autoblog staff.
Take a look below to see just what it is about the latest batch of infotainment systems that grinds CR's gears. After that, scroll down into Comments and let us know if you agree with the mag's views.
Honda CB350 and cafe racer culture explored by Electric Federal
Sun, 20 Oct 2013The latest video from Electric Federal covers one of our favorite aspects of motorcycle culture - café racers. In an interview with Adam "Gasser" Gaspic, the owner of Gasser Customs, EF takes a look at the culture and one of Gasser's latest offerings, a hopped-up Honda CB350, called the Silver Bullet.
Gasser has gone all-out on the Silver Bullet, replacing some of the body parts with fiberglass and delivering more than a few upgrades to the rebuilt engine. The brakes and suspension of the smaller bike also get some attention, as do some of the bike's aesthetics. Besides the upgrades, there's just something to be said for the sleek, minimalist nature of the little Honda.
Naturally, the videography is gorgeous, and it's a great look at a kind of motorcycling that seems to be overlooked in the world of sport bikes and Harley-Davidson-style cruisers. Take a look below for the full video.
