No Reserve! Only 27,000 Miles! One Owner, Leather Heates Seats, 3rd Row Seating! on 2040-cars
Staten Island, New York, United States
Up for sale is this super clean 2004 Honda
Odyssey EX-L with 3rd row seating. This ONE OWNER vehicle has only
27,000 miles and it
looks and drives amazingly! Unfortunately, this vehicle was involved in
a flood and is being sold with a New Jersey salvage title. We are not
sure
why this vehicle was branded a flood because we can see no sign of any
water damage at all and the vehicle is in perfect running order with
all the electronics working perfectly (see my video). Every switch and
button in this car is working the way it should. There is absolutely no
reason this vehicle should have been branded a salvage
title.
This Odyssey is
super
clean and has a silver exterior with grau leather interior that is
super clean. The leather seats are in like new condition
and they are also
heated and
fully powered with memory functions. This Odyssey just turned 27k
miles (which is extremely low for this year) and it runs and drives
fantastically. All these miles are out of
state highway miles and it shows. This Honda has the 3.5 Liter engine,
which is a 6 cylinder engine that is powerful and gets amazing
gas mileage. The drive is so smooth, its like
floating on a
cloud. Every
feature in the car is working the way it should including the A/C. The
air conditioning in this car is ICE cold and the heat is as hot as you
could want it to be. This vehicle is ready for its
new owner and needs nothing at all done to it. This is a nice example
of an all original, fully loaded, low mileage, super clean Honda. THis
is the lowest mileage honda odyssey on ebay right now! And
they are
hard to find like this loaded up with all these options. This car has
almost every possible option available.
This Honda is loaded up with tons of features. It has full
leather interior with dual heated seats, dual power seats, 3rd row
seating, rear air conditioning, dual power sliding doors, CD player
with upgraded sound system, alloy wheels, power rear vent windows,
power mirrors, power locks, cruise control, rear cargo net, ICE cold
AC, power windows, luggage rack, rear hatch wiper, and too much more to
list! This odyssey has it all and more. This Honda
comes with the original Honda Key. We also have the unusued spare tire
and jack along with the tool kit as well. Its all
there. This vehicle
was
very well cared for and it
shows. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is
reliable and runs like a dream. The car has all matching Michelin tires
all around. We have driven it 500 miles and it seems to be running and
driving 100%. You can literally jump in this vehicle and drive it 2,000
miles back home without any problems. We changed all the motor and
transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and
good windshield wiper blades. The exterior of the vehicle is clean. The paint is nice and
glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The body is in
above average condition and there is no real blemishes to point out on
this vehicle with the exception of a small scuff on the left side of
the rear bumper. Its very minor and does not take away at all from the
look of this super clean vehicle. The car shows extremely well,
especially for its
age. This car also seems to be all original with no paint or
bodywork. The paint shines like glass. The carfax report shows this
vehicle to be a ONE OWNER
vehicle. The
interior of
the
vehicle is also super clean. The seats
have no cracks or rips and the leather is very firm and supple. The
dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the
leather trimmings and other interior trims are in perfect condition. The
interior is perfect condition in my
opinion. This car
is being sold as-is, where-is, and there is no warranties expressed or
implied. This vehicle is being sold with a salvage title. It is the
buyers responsibility to know the laws and requirements for registering
a salvage vehicle in their state. If you would like to see the car and
test drive it, you are
more than welcome to do so. Also, feel free to ask me about the
buy-it-now price. If you are located outside my
local area, I will assist in any way possible in having the car shipped
to you at your cost. A $500 non-refundable deposit must be made within
24 hours on the auctions end. The remaining balance must be paid in
full by 3 days after the closing of the auction unless other
arrangements are discussed with me in advance. With that being said,
feel free to email, call, or text me at anytime if you have any
questions or concerns. My name is Joe and my number is 347-961-1194.
Thanks and good luck

McLaren working on P15 supercar to slot between 650S and P1
Thu, 20 Mar 2014McLaren has been busy these past few years. It launched the MP4-12C in 2011, the 12C Spider in 2012, the P1 in 2013 and (most recently) the 650S in 2014. But it's not about to stop there. It's got an "entry-level" model in the works, set to take on the Porsche 911, and - according to information reported by Car and Driver and confirmed by McLaren in correspondence with Autoblog - a new flagship model, too.
The project is internally codenamed P15, and it calls for a new flagship that will cap the company's lineup once the P1 finishes its limited production run, but carry a price tag in the neighborhood of $500k to slot in between the P1 and the new 650S.
Just how, you wonder, can McLaren possibly develop another supercar each year? Simple: underneath, they're all essentially the same. (Only we're sure it's anything but simple.) That is to say they're all based on the same carbon monocoque structure and powered by the same 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission driving the rear wheels. What differentiates them is what the engineers in Woking build around that monocoque and how they tune the engine: +/- 600 horsepower in the 12C (depending on the year it was built), 640 hp in the 650S, or 727 hp in the P1 (with another 177 from the electric assist). The 911 fighter would likely develop in the 500hp range, and the P15 will probably land in the upper 600 (or lower 700) range.
Acura NSX GT3 racecar bares all in raw carbon
Thu, Jul 7 2016Acura slowly and dramatically revealed the NSX over a period of years. There were previews, concepts, and lots of teases before Acura finally showed us the whole thing. It's a different story for the racecar. And today, the wraps come off the FIA GT3-spec NSX to show all of its bare-carbon glory. The NSX GT3 strips away more than just the paint from the standard road car. The racecar comes sans hybrid system, meaning all the power from the twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 is sent solely to the rear wheels. Modifications to the body include a large rear wing, underbody diffuser, and bigger hood vents for engine cooling. While the hybrid system may be gone, the NSX GT3 uses the same block, heads, valvetrain, crankshaft, pistons, and dry sump lubrication system as the road car. Power is sent through a six-speed sequential gearbox instead of the road car's nine-speed. The NSX GT3 will be built alongside the street version in Ohio. Honda engineers in Japan and North America shared in the development. Final GT3 homologation will be completed by the company's Honda Performance Division in Santa Clarita, CA. Related video:
Ever wonder how to really pronounce Japanese automaker names?
Thu, 25 Sep 2014People tend to get very set in their ways when it comes to the pronunciation of words. Just look at the endless debates over whether or not to say the final 'e' in Porsche (which you should in terms of correct German enunciation). Or the argument about whether to follow the British convention and give the 'u' in Jaguar a special delivery or to say the 'ua' diphthong as more of a 'w' sound, as usually happens in the US.
This short video doesn't answer either of those automotive questions, but it does allow a native Japanese speaker to demonstrate the accepted pronunciations for several, major automakers from the country. One benefit is that it clears up the occasional debate over whether Nissan should be said with a long or short 'i' sound. Also, listen closely to how the female host says Mazda as Matsuda, the way it's actually said in the language. Even if this doesn't change the way you enunciate these brands, at least now you know the accurate way in Japanese.
